We got the suit with the hot tub. It was not pleasant. There is no mirrors in the room besides the bathroom. It smelled like mold . Plain walls . Hot tub looked dirty. Very old chairs & dressers:table. The bathroom had drying towels on top of toilet , no racks . No microwave .

Lo recomiendo por su buena vista al mar, buena ubicación y como no es una playa muy concurrida es bueno para ir en plan de descansar

Lo único mal que tuve en mi estancia fue la puerta corrediza del balcón, se batallaba mucho para abrir y cerrar pero no es algo que te impida disfrutar tus vacaciones, está muy bien en calidad-precio, no se dejen llevar por los malos comentarios

Proximity to the beach.

Slow check in process. The music in the restaurant was a bit depressing.

It was a big room. Across from an oxxo and bus stop is just up the street. A few restaurants in walking distance.

Don’t allow you to eat outside food in the lobby, only their food. Their food is not too good. Fries were not fully cooked. The restaurant over charged me and I knew it but wasn’t feeling well enough to address the $4.00 added on. One night my husband I order two smoothie’s $168 pesos which is about $11 usd. Next night the boys there charged me by myself for the same two smoothies $15 usd smh sad. After this is made sure to carry my phone with a currency exchange app. You get two bottles of water your first night and that’s all that’s provided. There was construction during my visit which I was never made aware about so I was awaken multiple times with banging noises. I was there for a surgery so I definitely wasn’t happy about that. I wish I would have been given the option if I wanted to still stay during that.

The view is wonderful! The staff is very friendly! The pool is clean and nice, very cool the pool bar. The bar staff is friendly!

We need a microwave in the room. We need a coffee machine for the room. The cabinet was old.

As instalações não são muito boas, o hotel é bem antigo, precisando muito de uma reforma. a descarga da privada é horrível do quarto.

L’air climatisé etait beaucoup trop froide. C’etait impossible de la programmer. Les airs communes ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement et les restos étaient tous fermés.

The service in the restaurant was horrible. After we were seated we waited and waited for someone to take our orders only after I got up to ask for help did someone come to take our order. When the orders finally came part of it was missing. I noticed that when other people came in for breakfast they were take care of right away. The waitress had the audacity to ask for a tip. Upon check out we had to wait until the towels and mini bar were verified. We never used the mini bar. I could understand that, but to see if we were taking the towels that was offensive and an insult. Maybe that is what they do but we have plenty towels at home. Thank you Daniel for your service 😇

Solo la vista .

La tele no funcionaba bien , te avisan que la red wifi no llega a las habitaciones bien , el aire acondicionado no funciona , el inodoro no funciona bien , el baño no tiene extractor y se acumula el vapor ya que en la habitación tampoco cuenta con ventana 🪟 , solo vista al mar; fueron 3 habitaciones y todas estaban igual .

Que tenía acceso a la playa y habitaciones con vistas al mar

Muy bien la relación calidad precio!! La vista desde la piscina a la playa espectacular!!

La habitación muy desmejorada, no es de 4*. El baño derramaba agua del techo de la habitación de arriba.

La habitación del cuarto es cómoda y la ubicación es buena.

Algunas cosas están descuidadas. La regadera del baño lo estaba fija y se caía al utilizarla.

It was on the beach. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view of the ocean.

The WiFi and cell signal is terrible. Could only get WiFi in the lobby area and even then it would come and go.

Un poco viejo le falta una buena restauracion y más mantenimiento.

Las almohadas pequeñas de la decoración necesitan limpiar, manchas y olores de sudor molestian. La puerta se azotaba por el Aire!!!! Tuvimos termitas en la cama de la habitación. 🐜 muchos.

Great location and gorgeous view

Didn’t know the snacks in the room were for sale!! Be ALERT they will over charge for them at a super high price!! Unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print!! Big mistake!! If u want snacks I would definitely stock up before u stay there
