This property was perfect for our group gathering - the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, there were plenty of spaces to congregate, all beds were comfortable. We had a great time and enjoyed being in this lovely VRBO.

Had 14 family members staying together for 5 nights. Property was perfect as there was lots of space to spread out and with 5 bathrooms it was never a problem with others waiting for one.
Would stay here again.

We traveled from the east coast with my 91 year old mother for a family wedding. This home was the perfect place for us to stay as a family after several nights at the Hotel Inverness. Mom was able to rest/relax and we were able to see some of the beautiful sites not too far away. The interior of this home looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable and immaculate. Ben is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy.

Simply the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Everything was exactly as listed. We would definitely stay again. Just superb with all the details thought of for young children and adults. Bathrooms beautifully done with no expense spared!!

My husband and I brought our employees for a work trip. The house was so comfortable for all eleven of us. Ben & Kim were so kind, professional and accommodating! I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

The house worked great for our large group. Everything was clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The basement area gave parents with small children in our group their own space to spread out. Kitchen was convenient and well stocked. There were plenty of sitting areas. The fenced back yard was great. Unlike some rentals, everything was as pictured on the website or better.
The website mentioned strict neighborhood rules, which made me a little nervous (would people complain about kids' noises?) , but we never had any issues at all with any neighbors. We just kept it down after 10.
Overall, this house was a great home base for our visit to the Denver area.

You won't be disappointed!
As a fellow VRBO owner myself and a bit of a VRBO snob, we were VERY impressed with the accommodations. The owners have thought of pretty much everything necessary to make your stay an enjoyable one. If you are looking for a property that's as nice as the photos on line, this is the place. What I liked most about this property was that it didn't feel like a "rental". You feel like you are a guest in your friend's home. Rent here with confidence!

Thanksgiving reunion
14 of us had a great stay in the house. It was a central location for us, very clean with great spaces for hanging out and Ben and Kim were very responsive hosts.

The house was clean and welcoming! There were plenty of rooms for our party of 12 adults and more than enough gathering space. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and we loved the trails. The owners were quick to respond to requests. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again someday!

The house was clean offering a beautiful backyard patio that even with the quiet hours we were still able to enjoy. The house offered tons of accommodations supply wise. It allowed all 13 ladies to enjoy the home without being overcrowded, however the basement and kitchen area offered a great space for all of us to congregate. The host had great communication from beginning to end allowing for an experience that we won’t ever forget. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Home
This home is exactly what the family and I were looking for. It is stunning! It looks just like a model home, it's that beautiful. The house had so much space, the kids watched TV downstairs, while the adults gathered on the main floor. Every floor had flat screen TVs. The beds were comfortable, tasteful decor, house is clean, hosts were nice and responsive, I could go on and on. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. We hope to be back again soon.
