Great apartment with everything you need. The bedroom views scream "Welcome to Scotland!" What a trear 😍 Located in gorgeous Greenock, it was easy to navigate in our rental car to get to as well as places we wanted to visit. The Scots drive fast but are patient and curteous. This is a self-check in property. Communication was timely and instructions simple to follow. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within a close distance. The surrounding streets are steeped in historic, buildings from churches to castles. Magic! Waterfront is nearby also.
Kitchen sink tap is very loose making it difficult to use; loose floorboards in the kitchen; toilet roll holder needs securing as it is loose; a dining chair is also a bit unstable. These are all minor things that unfortunately cheapen an otherwise lovely apartment
A couple of FYI - there is no lift to the top floor apartment but it is only 2 floors. The bathroom is compact yet has a lovely deep bathtub with shower over bath.

Very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need.Quiet location with easy access to Glasgow and the ferries to the islands
The communal stairs were a challenge for 3 pensioners but accepted they were part of the character of the building. Handrails were loose in places and would need repair to avoid further damage

The accommodation is in a perfect location for Glasgow and Loch Lomond. Lots of pubs and shops within walking distance.

The property was well kept and located a short walk to town
The tv stopped working and we were unable to set up a time to fix it

The quietness and cleanliness of the apartment. Good location near the bus and train station shops were nearby .
The only thing was the stairs .

The lock box at the front door I was sent the instructions via email along with the wifi code.
The apartment was excellent spacious and clean. Bonus bowl of fruit when we arrived.
The one thing that was problem was the stone steps up to the apartment on the third floor. Getting luggage up was-a problem.
The party consisted of four seniors one of which uses a cane. So the stairs were a little daunting.
I must admit I was sceptical until I opened the door to apartment it was exceptional.
I will say for younger able bodied people it would be no problem

Comfortable beds, good size of rooms, quiet location and good Wifi.
No aerial for TV. Unable to close/lock window in main bedroom and roller blind broken. Dirty pillowcases on spare pillows. Whole apartment didn't feel like it had been freshly cleaned, especially the bathroom.

Cosy,Great location, parking,easy to get into building coped with stairs and people friendly around the building..Everything you need on hand and restaurant coffee shops close by.overall a great place for couples to relax and also enjoy the area to sight see..

Clean comfortable and centrally located. Great for visiting the Western Isles and a nice apartment to relax in after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again

Up 2 flights of concrete stairs in a dirty and umkept stairwell.
Wardrove in apartment full of dirty linen just thrown in. Unironed bedding m. Damp in cupboard of boiler that tou could clearly smell. No power in shower at all.

The Warwick Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. I would recommend this apartment without concerns. It is close to amenities and was lovely and quiet. 10 out of 10 from me.
The apartment is on the top floor. If you have walking difficulties it maybe something to bear in mind.

The only thing we can think of is there was no plug in the bathroom

Bathroom door sticking. Took a lot of force to open it. Got stuck in there a couple of times.

Free parking about 200 metres away.
Owner very helpful and responsive,he replaced a missing kitchen item very quickly.
About 40 mins from Glasgow and also some of the ferry ports , so handy if you want to visit any of the nearby islands

Just a minor detail ...initially when we first arrived we were put off by the stairway as it looked a bit shabby but it just reflects the age and history of the building the flat is in.
The flat has lovely high ceilings and big windows.
