Location is great, house clean and rental company responsive. No cable tv though it was advertised to have cable. Only had streaming. Bathrooms and furniture very dated, but overall the house and location were great for us. Would stay there again.

Perfection

The home location to the beach was great. All items in the home were very good with the exception of the living room seating. The outdoor patio and yard space was great. The backyard is partially fenced and was very private despite being as close to neighbors. I would return!

Good, we did have a problem with fire on cable line outside, so out of power and internet for awhile, but it was all handled well by Fran Maxon Real Estate

Awesome property that was a close walk to the beach. Home was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. The AC unit is older and had trouble cooling the home in late afternoon heat. Only reco would be to consider replacing mattresses in both rooms as they were very soft.

I chose this amazing cottage not just to advertisement but because review after review rated this as the most peaceful and no stress vacation ! From the time I booked they were at my side, advocating for a great stay and always asking if anything was needed. I had a major hurdle happen in Alabama on my way down from MN and all the staff reached out to help. The yard is fenced so for my dogs, they had a blast! The beautiful white sand and sunsets are a step away. Book now!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great for walking to the beach. Shops, and restaurants are nearby but may require a mode of transportation. The place had everything we needed and was decorated with a great beach vibe. The outdoor space was an added bonus. I had a few issues with the internet. The router is in the other unit so in order to reset it you need to contact the property management company who was prompt in responding. I was working remotely and was able to use my hotspot but this could be inconvenient for others. Overall we were very pleased and would certainly consider coming back again!

I cannot begin to tell you how GREAT our stay was at this coastal cottage on Anna Marie Island. Let me start by saying the owner-Suzann was friendly and accommodating and checked in with us to ascertain if we needed anything. The cottage is beyond adorable. This DEFINATELY is a home away from home. It has anything and everything you need for a relaxing vacation to the beach. The cottage is a little over a block away from the beach. Because we flew down, we were concerned about having supplies for the beach. No worries. The beach cart that is supplied carries the beach umbrella, water fillable umbrella weight, chairs, and anything else you would need. It is portable and so easy to use. There is also a smaller cooler on wheels that can be taken to the beach. There are beach towels and a beach bag. I would run out of space if I listed everything that came with this accommodation. We had everything we needed and MORE when we cooked from pots, pans, utensils, and an outdoor grill. The cottage was easy to find. The street was quiet and the location was safe. The walk to the beach was nice and easy. The road we crossed was not busy. A washer and dryer and even toiletries were supplied. We had beautiful weather and we wish we could have stayed another week. Thank you Suzann for facilitating one of the most restful, relaxing vacations we have ever had and for sharing your adorable cottage with us. We hope to return next year. Mary & JohnS

The house was absolutely perfect for us! Very close to the beach on a quiet street. The house had everything we needed and the bed was soo comfy. Suzann is a wonderful woman and we are already planning on making this a yearly family trip! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!

This house is very nicely decorated and clean. It is very close to the beach. My husband took his morning walk everyday on the beach. It is great for 2 or 4 people. It was perfect for my husband and I for our 3 week stay. The owners, Suzann and Frank, were very accommodating and nice.

This is a sweet little place, '60s vintage, but tastefully updated throughout, with a beachy fun decor, new appliances, and comfortable furnishings inside and out. Nice backyard too, and owned and managed by a couple of truly nice and thoughtful people. Loved it.
