Location was perfect and the communication from Amanda was great.

Don't judge a book by the cover, the entrance area had us worried as it's not the most inviting, but once in the apartment all is fine 👍

A wonderful location right in the middle of the city. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. Amanda is wonderful, she is extremely nice and helpful. She assists us with whatever we require, and she responds to my message in a matter of seconds.

The walls were a bit thin so could hear music from the salon below early on the Saturday morning.

Location was excellent, a short distance from the city centre but very quiet at night. Clean, spacious apartment with very good facilities. Easy to pick up keys with code for front door and code for key safe emailed on the day. Good communication with host with rapid responses to questions. Self catering but plenty of places to eat nearby. Voucher in apartment for big discount at nearby car park..

Bed was a bit hard for my liking but very happy in general.

Very spacious old building, one bedroom had an en-suite, which was great. Safe and secure entrance. Close to city centre, only 5-10 minute walk to O2 Academy. On arrival, we had parking tickets paid for and ready to park our car. Beds were comfortable and lovely white towels and sheets. We will be staying again

In the hot summer months, a fan would be great for the upper floor.

Great location, very central and close to shops. Facilities were fantastic, really comfy bed and great shower. Very clean, had everything we needed. Excellent communication from Amanda, our lovely host who kindly accommodated a later check-out and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

The place was easy to find. Though I was a bit surprised at the amount of stairs to climb starting with getting into flat as well as each room is in a different floor. 2 car parks nearby, the host kindly provided us with a discount card for nearby parking. The rooms were very spacious, very clean, good amenities, linen and all that is required for family. Even provided dish washer tablet! Though didn’t need it. The communication with the host was excellent and kindly agreed to let me check out later as I was travelling with 2 kids. There’s plenty of sleeping space for 5 adults even! My daughter loved the stairs into her own room (felt like her own world).

This is not mobility friendly place with the amount of stairs to climb to get into the place and the rooms upstairs are on each floor (it is though mentioned in the ad). It was very hot inside, especially top floor (we went during the heatwave), no fans unfortunately. The flat was next to the main road and police station, every 20-40 mins there was an emergency vehicle passing by blaring the siren and it kept waking my infant and wife up since we slept with the window open due to heat. Things improved with the window closed. This is a minor niggle - I felt the bed was hard but my daughter and wife felt it was fine. Also one thing that could improve is if a soap dispenser could be fitted in the bathroom rather than using the squeeze to expel type bottle. Just a warning to the people parking in Bridge street- the all day charge ends at midnight of same day (not for 24hr as I thought)- this was not the car park recommended by host. But in my experience safe to park if you plan on leaving after parking.

Nothing really to like in the property. The

location and customer communication was best

water leak during our stay when a pipe broke off the kitchen faucet (no their fault) but still annoying to mop the floor in midnight. we did not get comprnsation for that. new rules where introduced on a paper on arrival about extra fees if you didnt do the dishes after you. was not mentioned on booking.com

The location was excellent - 5 minutes walk from the main interconnect of the 3 tram lines. Nearby supermarkets etc. all within easy reach
