The house in and of itself was very comfortable as a layout as well as convenient to walk around for dining. As for cleanliness, it was not cleaned prior to us going nor was the owner aware of what his property management company did for it. No extra pair of sheets or towels for a week stay for a 5 member family.

The house was super hot when we arrived and took a couple hours to cool down, ceiling fans would help. The garbage disposal does not work. The shower is handheld and tub took a long time to drain. No where to put toiletries in tub or by the sink. There was a hole in the ceiling where a light should have been. Almost every room needs repair for holes in the walls. The wash machine smells like mildew needs to be cleaned. The location was great and the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Also a little info on what channels or apps to that are available.

Enjoyed the spacious house and great location. Kitchen and bedrooms were comfortable to use.

We are returning guests! Loved the house and location. Walked to different restaurants every evening and enjoyed shopping in the stores. We will definitely choose this house as a rental property in the future!

The location of this lovely bungalow could not have been more convenient. It is just a short stroll to the Sponge Docks and fabulous restaurants. The front porch was inviting and the renovations done on the home made it cozy and warm. The floors are beautiful! The owner was so very accommodating and quick to respond. The restaurant suggestions offered were fabulous! We would absolutely recommend this home.

Excellent location. However sheet not on bed and washing machine had things in the dryer and was broken. As mentioned by others shower was problematic, hard to hold soap and sprayer at the same time. Could use a shelf. Elderly would have a difficult time with it.

This home was the perfect location for our family to walk to the Sponge Docks, shops and restaurants. Checkin process was simple and the home was accurately represented in the posting.

Exactly as described on VRBO, this great house is close to everything in the heart of Tarpon Springs. Ample parking if you have more than one car and a short walk to the sponge docks and many great restaurants around the docks, on Alt 19, or on Tarpon Ave. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend this property. It is at the top of our list for future visits to Tarpon Springs.

Great location. Plenty of space, comfortable beds. There were no dishwasher tabs, and very little paper towel. Aside from that, as advertised andade for a comfortable stay in Tarpon Springs.

We loved our time in Tarpon Springs! The house was absolutely charming and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The desk in the bedroom came in very handy when we had to put in some hours for work. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice Greek neighborhood, close to two amazing bakeries and a variety of restaurants. The home is nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture, the pictures are up to date. Great communication with the host. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

This Is a gem of a home! It is in a great location within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops and activities. You’ll love this beautiful, well maintained bungalow’s hardwood floors and upscale decor. Looking forward to our next visit !

My husband and I and our little dogs enjoyed our week-long stay in Tarpon Springs. This house is only a block from the Sponge Docks Greek shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and water front. National Bakery is visible from the front porch and is fabulous... try the custard pastry, it's so good! The house is very nice. It is well furnished and nicely decorated with good heat/AC, TV, and wifi. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The house has everything you need as far as linens and kitchen utensils but is short on paper products; there was only one roll of paper towels, one roll of TP, no tissues and no napkins. George was easy to reach... the smoke detector started beeping and George stopped by the next day to replace the battery. Check-in and check-out were very easy (key pad entry). The neighbors are very nice. The porch is a great place to relax in the morning but the house faces south so the porch gets hot in the afternoon on sunny days. I had only minor issues with the property: 1) There is not an actual shower. The tub has a hand-held sprayer but not a regular shower head. 2) The floors were very dirty. 3) Because of the close proximity to the sponge docks, there was a good amount of traffic, pedestrians, and cars parking out front every day. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Wow! You can't find a better location in this fun neighborhood. The house was just what we hoped for and the location can't be beat. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever need! The decor was beautiful and made us feel welcomed. Sitting on the front porch with coffee was a favorite activity.

I would definitely rent this home again. It was in a great location, nicely decorated and it was immaculate!

Great open concept common rooms with private bedrooms. Convenient location to area attractions. Second bath would have been a bit more ideal; however, the house felt quaint and was a very good bargain! Suggest a small side table in bathroom. Would stay again.

Communication from owner was great. Home was very clean and very comfortable. And you can’t beat the location near the sponge docks area. During the time of our visit there were roosters and/or hens in the neighborhood but not the owners fault.

We absolutely loved this house. Beautiful historic home updated just enough to have modern conveniences but also decorated to suit every taste. Home was equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We loved that we were in walking distance to most everything we wanted to do.... sponge docks , groceries, parks, etc. Did I mention that the home was gorgeous?? The owner was super responsive to any and all questions. Can’t wait to go back (hopefully very soon). You cannot go wrong with this rental.

This is a cute clean property close to the shopping and restaurants in historic Tarpon Springs. Manager was communicative and responsive to needs. There is only one bathroom and the shower is in an antique stand alone tub with a curtain around it. It is cute, but was hard for my elderly parents to step in and out of. Also the shower is a handheld that doesn’t clip in above your head. You have to hold it in your hand to get under it. We didn’t need to sleep six, but I’m not sure how that would be possible. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Updating the shower/bathroom would be a big improvement. Owner was very responsive to questions and did a great job ensuring the guaranteed pack n play was there and in good condition. There are plenty of towels/linens/blankets.

The property was really nice.... A couple of suggestions. The bathroom needs shelving for toiletries the floor was the only place to put them, not cool. The shower is hand held and at minimum a hook should be installed to hold the shower head for a proper shower, also no blow dryer and the tub drains extremely slow, only two washcloths that really should be tossed into trash. However the house is decorated with a touch we all wish we could bring to our own homes, beautifully done. The quietness, the ability to walk into town, the friendliness of the community was warm and kind, so it makes it difficult to point out things that can quickly and easily to corrected. I’d rent this home again in a heartbeat if these simple change were made.

Two blocks from sponge docks and shopping strip. House was beautiful and clean. Property manager was quick to reply to any questions I had. Overall one of the best experiences I have had through VRBO. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future.
