Nothing... Everything was worst

Nothing all was worst. Facility located beside drainage. Staff were not cooperative. Food was worst. No resturant available . If this type of hotels available on booking.com then i would delete the app.

Room , Bed and staffs. The person who is handling reception is very polite & helpful

No plug point beside the bed . Brea.kfast is not good at all. Not hygienic

There were stains everywhere in the linens , blankets, pillows and towels . Even after changing with new ones had stains in them so need to take care more on cleanliness.

I had a large room, with a comfortable bed, chairs to sit, a desk, fan and AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was amused to see all the Bollywood themed posters everywhere.

The hotel is a little further out of the city, so getting around took longer. However, it's close to the main road, so it's easy to catch buses or hop into auto rickshaws.

Breakfast was good but room service made it cld.

A kitchen and a dining room should be added for dinner

Breakfast included but not available. We ask many times after 1-2 hours they came with very bad quality breakfast. We checked out the room, did not complete our booking days / night stay only 1 night instead of 3 nights,

Cleanliness, inside environment ,facilities. Breakfast was just for showoff,they provided poha and bread in breakfast on buffet system. When I reached there ,no plates were available. chairs were dirty.No dustbin was there,Peoples left their plates here and there.I was sole customer stayed there with family.Just horrible experience....Flush was not working. Bed was not used since a long time . Foul-smell was coming from the pillow and cushions. One will feel uncomfortable when staying with family.

Condition/maintenance of room may be better

Room was spacious and staff was good. Staff was prompt in providing the food at room. Staff was very polite.

Booked 2 rooms for family. One bathroom was clean but another was not so clean. We stayed for 3 nights but room wasn't cleaned even single day. Bedsheets were not so clean.
