Location was good. Carparking space outside front of property. Good sized rooms.

Property was very dirty. No welcome information or info on how to leave property. Struggled to find wifi code - was small sticker on inside of front door. Not enough crockery for amount of people. Bathroom door didn't close or lock. Light bulbs weren't all working. Shower head too small in en-suite. Very little storage space. Not enough seating in lounge. Small double chair was uncomfortable. Garden full of weeds. and was overgrown. Black bin bag at bottom of garden was overflowing with cider cans and rubbish. Only 2 outdoor metal chairs and bistro table for 5 adults. Had to replace batteries in TV remote. Microwave was rusty. Cobwebs round windows inside. Windows filthy. Tissue paper stuffed in top of patio doors and 1 door screwed shut. Electric socket on landing coming away from wall. Walls dirty and stained. Water marks on ceiling and hole in wall. Only 1 towel provided per couple. No hand towels provided or handwash. Nowhere to hang towels. No wardrobe in 2 bedrooms or cupboard or shelves. No mirror in 2 bedrooms. Lacked care and attention. Could have been a nice property if maintained.

Good location for seeing family in Kent, good communication with owner.

A towel in downstairs bathroom would have been nice.

Outside, front and back was a bit untidy and needed a bit of maintenance i.e. weeds dealt with as first impression of the property wasn’t good.

Good location, quiet. Spacious and neat. Good facilities

We liked the location and everything was close by

I can say it was clean but I will suggest to clean windows a bit better, apart from that rest of the thing was good.Cooker and pots were clean.
