The lady at the reception was very nice and very friendly. She gave us a lift to the apartment and a gift. The apartment was very clean and it had a lot of windows. The sea is 20 meters away from the apartment. We would definitely return.

The air conditioning was a bit old but it was ok since we were visiting Kefalos in September.

Amazing Experience, Amazing location, Amazing host. Incredible view of the Sea, all you need (and don't) is in the House, you have just to enjoy your holiday. Best beach close to the Apartment, markets and restaurants... It's the Perfect place for an Holiday in Kos!

Just home from a 4 night stay. It was absolutely fantastic, so chilled and beautiful! There’s nothing quite like the Greek sunshine and hospitality! Thank you for a perfect short holiday! I will definitely be back! ❤️

Great stay at Apartments Kokalaki!!!!! The apartments are situated a few-minute walk from the Hotel Kokalaki (just over Taverna Zefyros) and directly in front of the beach. The water is incredibly clear and such a pleasure to swim in (but relatively cold) and the entire beach is never crowded. If you prefer shallow waters, you should walk to Agios Stefanos Beach (10 min.) Three apartments share the huge balcony and waking up to the view of Kastri Island was idyllic. There’s a bus stop 20m from the apartments (Royal Bay Resort), from which you can get either to Kefalos village (on top of the hill, if you’d rather not walk under the sun) or to Paradise Beach / Airport / Mastichari / Kos town. The restaurants are more on the Kamari side of the gulf, most of them look like tourist traps and offer average quality food. The average price for a meal is about 20€/person (we had als ways fish). I guess Captain John’s was the one, that satisfied us the most. In Kefalos Village, instead, there’s only must-visit restaurant: Taverna Niotis. They offer traditional food with really fresh ingredients as it should be. There’s no Menu, you just walk in and they bring you the food. Mostly 7 starters (vegetarian) and a Main (we had meat) for about 23€/person.

… because as soon as you step outside you’re blinded by the white terrace at the beach, by the sun and the blue sky (although it’s clear the latter two are no fear of the apartments themselves 😉). My boyfriend and I had a super nice stay here, the apartment has a nice size and all you need to stay here for a week or more. It was cleaned daily and thoroughly. The location is perfect to explore the whole bay on foot and there ware never issues with parking. All in all, I would definetly recommend the place and if we ever come back to Kos, we’ll be staying here again!

Amazing large terrace next to the beach. Rooms comfortable and large. We stayed in 4 different places during our vacation in Kos Island, this was the best.

Though difficult to fix, we lost electricity and than later water for a couple of hours. This was affected the entire city of Kefalos and wouldn't change if stayed elsewhere. We called the person who greeted us and let us and received information instantly on what the issue was. A suggestion would be to maybe send out an email or something automatically to the people staying.

This was one of our best accomodations we ever had. Quiet, clean, big terrace, amazing seaview and the most friendly and lovely host ever!! Superhappy.

Nothing.

We were given a larger family room. Very spacious, massive terrace. The views are great of the island and of the sunrise and stars. Really enjoyed our stay and have booked here again for next year.

Having to come home.

The host was very welcoming even before arrival in the message exchange we had to clarify some aspects of the booking. Similarly, after arrival, they were super attentive all the time as well as very flexible with the check-in and chek-out times in order to adapt them with my flight times. The views and location of the apartment are exceptional and I would say amongst the best in the area being just 20 metres away from the sea.

View from the terrace is amazing. Large terrace. Very close to the beach. Cleaning lady very nice and speaks english.

Smelly smoke with bad sound from the chimney below the terrace. You cannot sit on the terrace when the restaurant is grilling especially in the evening.
