We had an excellent time this trip to Marco. We have stayed on the island a number of other times but this property was in the absolute best location. Convenient boating location and short walks to drinks and dinner.
The house was perfect. Very spacious and clean. The game/ living room was also a bonus. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Marco Island!

Really cool house! Ample room to sleep a large group with the many beds. Great loft area, backyard, and entertainment area. Awesome rooftop terrace with an unbeatable view. Pool heated to 85+ was so nice! Location close to Collier Bay. Lots of recent upgrades as well. The hosts were terrific and communicated well and were very attentive to any issues. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The property was adequately described with the exception of the bathroom locations. 2 of the bathrooms were located within a bedroom suite. The only bathroom readily available for the bedrooms on the second and third floor was in the master bedroom suite. Being a close family of 3 households this was not a huge problem, but an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary at the house.

Wonderful! You can't go wrong with this house. We did not realize Marco Island has an ordinance no trailers in driveways. We were able to make arrangements with a marina in Naples to store it during out stay.

I absolutely loved this place. There is tons of room and lends itself well to hosting guests if you have many groups visiting for a dinner or general hanging out. The boat dock is nice and is close to get to open water. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Walking distance to live music nightly at Olde Marco. Would absolutely rent again.

Great home we’ll stocked VRBO. Close to everything we enjoyed the pool and the nice upper deck as well. Excellent safe and clean neighborhood we walked every morning got lucky had perfect weather every day. We would definitely recommend this ho r and book it again.

We love Olde Marco. You can walk to some great restaurants and it is much quieter than south Marco. We loved watching the sunset from the roof top deck. We also love the pool table. The kitchen is well stocked. The property management was also very responsive if we had any questions or issues.

Great location and excellent communication
The location was great. However, I would say the property is set up kind of oddly and not toddler/elderly friendly, as the dining room is recessed, the toilets are very low, and the showers are super slippery. The downstairs bedroom off the kitchen has no real light and runs every hot. The AC was not working but the owner was super responsive. Communication was great throughout our stay.

This property was great for our family. Ample room for all of us and the layout kept us from being on top of each other. Some played pool, some Swam in the pool. Evenings watching a movie on the outdoor patio, and mornings drinking coffee on the dock watching the sea turtles manatees and dolphins. The best hidden gem was the deck on top watching the stars. Great place overall!!!

This house was a good fit for our party of 10, 4 adults and 6 teenagers. The location was awesome, right on a canal and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only things that I could criticize would be the bunk bed room is a little too warm and the excessive fees charged by VBRO. 10% booking fee is outrageous. Drop them and advertise by yourself.

A convenient spacious vacation house
House and location is perfect, must have a boat to enjoy it 100%, suggest the owner to install a mini splitter on the 3rd floor, convert tiny room in 2nd floor in a bathroom, install door in all bathrooms for better privacy, convert closet next to outdoor kitchen/bar in a half-bathroom (if you are in the pool and need to go, there is no bathroom outside), would be also nice to let the renters to lower the a/c thermostat at least to 72, now you can’t set it under 74

Back yard is a vacation dream!
This home is absolutely gorgeous! So spacious and the back yard alone is worth every penny of the rental. My family truly had a relaxing vacation here. Our only complaint would be the temperature of the home was 77 degrees with no way to adjust them thermostat due to it being locked by owner. Also the bathrooms not having doors and being located Inside of other guest bedrooms made it a little inconsiderate for the guest staying in those rooms. Over all our stay was perfect though and the minor heat issues and bathrooms weren’t enough to prevent us from not recommending this property. It is truly beautiful !
