Only the view and room is good but it's not worth it. there are many other points at which the hotel is terrible.

1) the location of hotel is worse than the word terrible. Only a stupid would book a room in this awfully located hotel. it is literally located in a small street (probably narrower than your own house street) and the condition of the street is worse than hell. connectivity to the main points of the city is very poor. you would have to be stuck in a traffic jam for 1 hour to reach the mall road. 2) every food item in this hotel is not only 3 times costlier than the normal price but also the food has no such thing called taste. if you're a pure vegetarian then dont even see this hotel cause every food item in this hotel has the smell of meat and all that stuff. 3) the cost of the rooms is awfully expensive considering the condition of the rooms and hotel. Some rooms have fungus growing in the walls 4) jokingly saying, the name of the hotel suits it. Hotel smugglers and they are indeed the smugglers waiting for us so that they can suck the money out of our pockets.

Very beautiful and great experience with hotel smugglers. We are looking a luxury resort in mid budget of 3000 between 5000rs . We choose smugglers jack. Sparrow room which cost us 4500rs per night. Really value for the money and I said more than value . They have very good lawn with swings for child’s, room service and staff is very good.

Beautiful stay with top class view , room were spacious , neat and clean with a balcony having top class view. Food was to good . They have lot of indoors games like Table Tanis , pool table ,chess and lawn , gym ,disco . Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay with mind blowing views , property was having all the amenities like games room , gym , central heating , lawn with sitting , rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony having lovely views . Food was good too . Hidimba devi temple is 10 mins walk and mall road 20 mins. Also the Staff was polite and helpfull.

Only downside is when it is snowing and its slippery , normal vehicles are not allowed bcoz it is little uphill. So we had to take 4x4 everytime from mall road which is little costly .

reaching the property with a suv is a task by itself. very narrow roads. gravels. I can’t call this as a road at all. a 400 meter stretch up hill with horrible roads.

Exceptional It's more beautiful and memorable as per our expectation. the balcony view is awesome and the room ambience is perfect. The rooms are big, neat and clean and feel pleasant. If you are in Manali then central heating is required. Their all rooms are central heated. The staff was friendly, service were great, looked professional. They have lots of activity in the hote like gaming zone, Lawan, gym disco, So guest never bored during their stay. Most highly recommend hotel in Manali.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

One of the best hotel in manali. It's a small boutique theme based hotel situated between the apple 🍎🍏 orchids. Room size is very good with all amenities. View was awesome from the balcony, room neat and clean . Food was also good , service and all staff good . They have Indore gaming zone,lawn ,Gym ,Disco overall it was a pleasant experience.

My experience in the hotel smuggler was great. We stayed twice in the hotel during our trip. The hotel provides you with all the basic and necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable. Each room has a balcony attached to it with an amazing view. The staff is also very helpful. The food is very yummy. They have playing zone, disco, Gym, lwan. Everything is great. helpful. Food is very yummy.I would highly recommend everyone to give it a shot.

Hotel smuggler is very hotel with all the facilities. I really love my stay at this hotel. It's just located at perfect 🥰 place just 800 meters from hadima devi and 2 km from OlD manali. The view from the jotel is mind blowing, you can witness all major mountain like Hampton pass and Rotang pass from your room. Each room has private balcony with seating arrangement. The rooms are more than perfect with all the luxury amenities, I love there temperature control system in room (if you are going Manali always Remember heating is the must ) . Apart from room and view they have many other services like playing zone with all major games like pool table , table tennis, carrots, chess and more, they there own beautiful 😍 lawan with proper seating arrangement and they have micky mouse & termpoline for children, so you will enjoy perfect bonfire with music while children's are busy with playing in the front of your eyes. Really it's superb hotel for couples and families. Highly recommend
