Good Location, beautiful roomy house, good outside space

The management company, were very unhelpful refused early checkin even though property had been cleaned and no one was there, refused to let us park the cars at house until checkin time even though no one was there No hot water first day Dirty hot tub No water at all second day, toilets, taps( turned off to fix hot water problem) back on at 4.30 no hot water until 6.30pm Top bunk is very creaky any time the child moved it woke anyone in the room up. Requested partial refund for lack of water, inconvenience, cost of making and receiving international costs because of water fault, was told $100 (still haven’t received it)which in my opinion is not good enough for a property which cost over $900 for 2 nights, according to the Vacasa employee “Dave” we are lucky to get because we still had beds to sleep in! Both nights our plans had to be amended because of the shower issue. I wouldn’t stay in the property again because of the management company.

air conditioning upstairs could be a little cooler, but in July it’s hard to keep things real cool

Liked the location since it was close to our granddaughter’s wedding.

Floors in the house were not that clean.
