Came for a golf tournament, great location and exactly what we needed.

A few minor quibbles, no sweeping broom, broken glass door on fireplace, door lock mechanism was iffy near the end, no recycling information. Staff were pleasant deal with.

This was 3rd time we have stayed in this condo while visiting our daughter's family who live between Southern Pines and Pinehurst. Very comfortable and well stocked. Very convenient location for us. However, unit needs a better cleaning.

My only issue was the lack of communication with the rental company. I received an email to download an app during stay, but the app info such as TV and wifi was not correct. I had to look back at a different email to find this information. Additionally, I reached out to the company through email as well as the app about the back door code with no response.

This unit is literally a stones throw away from the parking lot (and even has a connecting bridge to that parking lot). It had everything we needed for a typical weekend of golf and I would return. It's also convenient to other courses in the area and not just Longleaf.

Great location, clean property. A few challenges: 1) the bed in the first bedroom squeeks terribly. If you move in your sleep, it wakes you up. 2) The notification says that the TV runs on Hulu. It does not -- it runs on Spectrum (there should be a booklet that tells you how to operate the TV). 3) There should be instructions on how to open the front door, in advance. Just providing the code doesn't tell you that you need to hit other buttons before you enter the code.

We have stayed in this Longleaf condo ans another unit in this complex a number of times when visiting our daughter. Location is very convenient and the layout of these units work well for us. On the downside, we have have some issues with bugs - some dead and some alive. And on this most recent visit we had a slow-draining bathroom sink and the oven was filthy. Also, on this visit and our visit in October, we had internet connection problems - the network provided in the check in instructions doesn't exist and we had to reach out to management to get the Admin network password. Finally, the lock on the door needs to be repaired/adjusted - we had trouble opening and locking the front door. When we called, we were told some of the doors had problems, so management is aware of the issue but have not fixed it. Overall, the unit works well for us but there are issues which should be resolved.

Nice condo on Longleaf property, convenient to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. A few items needed maintenance but overall a very nice place. Have booked another stay in same unit over Christmas holiday.

Awesome place. Clean and quiet. The photos don’t show the front stairs…I rented this for my elderly parent and would not have picked it with the 6 steps to get to the front door…the shot of the back door was ground level which makes it feel like a ground level entrance when it wasn’t. Could also use a coffee pot for those who don’t do k-cups…othe than that…great condo!

Right in the course, this condo is a very nice bright clean end unit of a small condo community right on Longleaf Golf Course. It was perfect for my husband and I visiting family in the area. We would rent it again!
