Quite place . Nice tidy room , bathroom and kitchen. Fresh milk(👍🏼) and fruits . Kind owner.
Warm and Sunny house. Perfect place for family with young children. There is big playground near the house.

Host was contactable and lovely to deal with. Breakfast there were several options available in unit along with some delicious fresh fruit. Two bedrooms both with great beds, best nights sleep of our holiday was here.
Carport space is tight for large vans but host was happy with us parking elsewhere on property

The location is opposite a very busy house with lots of cars coming and going. It didn’t bother us too much and we slept well.

The owner is very nice and met us before we left. The place is so clean and tidy. Internet is amazing. Our nearly 1yo baby enjoyed playing with the toys available in the place and crawled everywhere. Very family-friendly place. Also not too far from the city centre in case you need to go grab some food or groceries.

There was everything you needed. Oven, washing machine which was excellent
There was a broken door in laundry. Pillows were too soft. Lots of dirty marks on skirting around the oven. Bathroom door didn't shut unless you locked it

Paula is an obliging host. She met us outside the unit and showed us how the lock works. The unit was certainly family friendly - spacious, clean, and with the added bonus of a laundry with washing machine, and eggs, cereal and condiment provisions for breakfast. Unfortunately the immediate surrounds are not family friendly. I am reluctant to give negative feedback, however we almost packed up and left several times. There was a continuous succession of cars pulling up at the house opposite with drivers reappearing after an absence of 30 seconds and driving off again all day each day and well into the night. Hundreds of cars. We were awoken both nights by people screaming at the top of their lungs and one night partying loudly until 4.30am. Such a shame about the neighbourhood as the unit itself is very comfortable.

The neighbourhood isn't great. Loud parties nearby almost every day/night we stayed.
Shower needs resealing and the kettle was mouldy inside.

Perfect for a family: full kitchen, lounge, dining table and washing machine. Beds and bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. Bonus all of the extra things eg cereal, fruit, sauces and spreads! Super handy when cooking our meals there.
They did a wonderful job of providing a lot over and above with the things I listed above. So this recommendation is not necessary, but it would be handy to have some washing powder there for the washing machine.

Breakfast was good. There were ample of things in the kitchen to cook, use and eat. I liked the collection of things placed in the house. Bedrooms were of decent size. Overall the accomodation makes value of Money.
The place was very neat and tidy.
Few neighbourer was vey noisy. I can hear noise of car exhaust throughout the night.
The aircorn and tv batteries are both dead and they need replacement.

Wow where to start! Nutritious breakfast! And Netflix! The aircon warmed up the whole house so quick. Parking is available. Owner provides towels, bedding and closet space. So cheap for the quality and necessities provided. We had a long trip and so stoked to see coffee and tea was provided. Thank you for the stay we will be back ❤️

The unit was quaint. The beds were comfortable. The lounge was adequate and enough. The kitchen was stocked well with provisions. The apples were huge. My friend and I go halves. Great all round
The neighbours were noisy and it had nothing to do with the accommodation but it affected us in trying to rest. I am tall and I had trouble trying to look into the door lock with the sun shining.bright. I couldn't read as there was no lamp in the bugger bedroom

We travelled in Napier but no room available in the town, we had to choose something outside the town. We didn’t expect too much but it is surprisingly good! the house is fully equipped, just like a home away home😊 good value for money!
noise from the neighbors. The loud music started between 10-1am… couldn’t sleep well without earplugs. but besides that, everything is great!
