Le lavabo situé dans la salle de bain était vraiment trop petit même pour seulement se laver les mains. La TV ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le frigo.

cleaning is left to the guests, however no broom or hoover is provided. it is obvious that the floor has not been cleaned neither have dishes / cups / mugs properly.
rooms are very noisy (it’s like a house cornered off into different rooms.) and somewhat cold with only a panel heater / electric heater to keep you warm.
they charge £100.00 deposit, which I am still yet to receive back. I stayed from 19th-23rd, it is now 01/06 and still nothing. I will update my review accordingly if the deposit refund is received but for now counting this as lost money
seems like a big brother property with cameras & motion sensors covering every inch of the place

You pay a deposit turn up no mirror in bathroom then when you have left , they blame you for mirror being missing & keep your deposit. Hows that Right

The room is quite small, however there's everything you'll expect - a portative cooker, a hairdryer, a microwave. More importantly - there's a private bathroom. Also it was the cheapest option for two people available in the area.
The check in was supposed to be at 3pm, but I got a message that the room was ready at 2pm - which was great, but when I entered the room I discovered that there was no cleaning done AT ALL (there was a dirty sock and a pound coin on a bed and a bunch of hair on the floor in the bathroom). The host told me that there was going to be a cleaner in "2/3 hours". 3 hours passed and there was nobody - and the host was not answering anymore. I was already planning to leave the property when a cleaner showed up at half past six in the evening.
So I waited for 4 hours (3pm --> 7pm) after my check in before a cleaner showed up and cleaned the room.
A good thing is we checked out two hours later than we were supposed to (but not 4h - the exact time we were able to enter the room after the check in cleaning).
And you also have to pay a safety deposit of £100 for any potential damages. If I were to go to this place second time, I would ask for a deposit myself - just to be sure the room is cleaned up.

Convenient location. Very clean and well organized with everything necessary provided and in good condition.
There was a problem when I arrived because the apartment had been double booked and I had to call to find out what had happened and get the entry code. Also the Wifi was unreliable and very weak at times.
