L'Appartement Cordée 504 est la preuve qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver un énorme chalet haut de gamme pour profiter d'une location de vacances de luxe à Chamonix. La Résidence La Cordée est le développement immobilier le plus récent et le plus chic de Chamonix. Idéalement situé dans le quartier très recherché de la Plaine des Praz, elle dispose de toutes les installations dont vous auriez besoin: piscine intérieure chauffée, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, salle de fitness et même une salle d'escalade.
L'appartement La Cordée 504, composé de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, inclue l’accès à toutes ces installations. À l'intérieur de l'appartement, vous apprécierez le salon spacieux communicant avec la cuisine-salle à manger. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une télévision dotée des fonctionnalités de Chromecast. We have been using Chamonix all Year for more than a decade and have been always satisfied!
The team, Klaudia in that occasion, is always very professional and La Cordee is certainly the best location to enjoy Chamonix with kids.

The location is excellent and it’s a very comfortable apartment and we had a great stay. there are just a few things that need to be improved. The bath in the en-suite does not work very well. The flow of water is slow and it’s impossible to have a good hot bath which is disappointing when you have been skiing all day. The plug in the kitchen did not work so we had to use a bit of a plastic bag to keep the water in the sink. Only one bed was made up when we arrived. Chamonix All Year made up the second bedroom quickly so we could use it but did not make up the beds in the twin which was frustrating when one of us injured their leg and we wanted to use it.

We loved our stay at Le Cordee and the management company Chamonix All Year. The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The closet space was ample. It was impeccable clean and the views were breathtaking. The thing that I loved the most was walking into town along the river. Its about a 20 minute walk and it was just a great way to decompress after a day of skiing and then decompress from a big dinner on the way home. It was nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. The climbing wall room adjacent to the gym was a big win for our family. Our kids also loved the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub could be a big popular at times, though, so you have to be strategic, and in our opinion could be a little hotter. We had a long stay so it was great having a washing machine in the kitchen, but a clothes dryer (rather than an air drying rack) would be helpful; I know that infrastructure of that complex may make that difficult. I also wish that the ski storage locker had a functional dryer. But other than that, we were always able to find parking next to our unit. The comprehensive instructions provided by CAY were top notch.

We had a great week in Chamonix at La Cordee 504. Chamonix All Year were very responsive to my questions beforehand and were in contact on arrival day in case we had any issues. We are a family of 5 and so had one bedroom set up as a twin which was cosy but fine, the other two bedrooms were more spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cooking pans etc. so it was easy to self cater.
The location of the apartment was great as we really didn't have to use the car - it was a nice 20 minute walk along the river into Chamonix and less to Les Praz and you can catch the train up and down the valley using the guest card. The pool, gym and spa were well maintained. The terraced area was perfect for having relaxed meals and soaking up the great views.

Service toujours au top avec Chamonix all year ! Infos en amont, réactivité des interlocuteurs, services,… l’appartement en lui-même était très bien, inconvénients du RDC (passage et manque de vue) mais praticité au RDV pour accès véhicule et espace spa/fitness/… nous prenons toujours un immense plaisir à venir à la cordée et encore plus en passant par votre agence de location. We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and situated on ground floor which is great if you are travelling with kids. The highlight however is that the apartment is right next to the gym, pool, rockclimbing wall and playground, which was a hit for our kids! 20 min walk to downtown. Agency managing is quick at responding, but they should provide basics which were not included. For example, we expected to have at least olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea (and some soap for the dish washer and laundry machine) but none of that was included. Note that if you are requesting a baby cot, it does not come included with a mattress, so our daughter had to sleep in bed with us, fell twice, but the next day they provided a side barrier which helped. Overall recommend this apartment!

We had stayed at le Cordee before (different apartment) so knew about the location. You have the most amazing views of Mont Blanc which you simply never get bored of. The walk into Chamonix centre is also rather pleasant and takes no time at all (15 minutes or so along the Arve). This apartment is on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace which was perfect. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is there. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard. Easy parking right outside and also right next door to the health suite. We had the most enjoyable stay and fully intend to return again next year.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views
The apartment at La Codée was really beautiful and in a lovely spot. The amenities in the complex were fantastic - a beautiful pool and spa, a nice little gym with climbing and bouldering facilities, and a lobby with a play room which our toddler loved. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable.
It is a 20 minute walk from Chamonix along the river and 10 minutes from La Praz, which is small but has a great bar/cafe, some nice restaurants and small shops. It probably isn't perfectly situated for anyone with mobility issues, as the walk into town is along a forest and river trail, which is lovely, but definitely bumpy with a pram (our little boy didn't mind at all!)
Check-in at 5pm is pretty late, given that check-out is at 10am (which is a bit awkward when one is travelling for an afternoon flight). There is nowhere that is easy to get to with bags or suitcases if you do have to wait for a transfer. CAY will let you have a late check-out, but they do charge for it - for us 2 hours extra was €42. Overall, I would recommend the company and the apartment and will definitely use them again if we return to Chamonix.

The view from the apartment is less spectacular than the one from apartment 126, but still nice.
We loved the proximity to the gym and spa. The parking spot right at the door and the fact that the master bedroom had a bathroom.
The apartment is in excellent condition and it's tastefully decorated. We loved it! It allowed us to relax for a few days.
La Cordée is at 30 minutes by foot from the center of Chamonix and if you don't want to go out, or there is a blizzard, in Praz de Chamonix there is a restaurant at 10 minutes by foot that offers take-away (tartiflette and all).

Overall it was a great stay at the apartment. Only downside was not having a drier machine for clothing, as the rinser doesnt exactly dry up everything.

La Cordée 504
The apartment is comfortable and spacious for a small group of us. Swimming pool is very close to our apartment which is very convenient. Only a few minutes drive to town centre for groceries and restaurants. Only negative comment is that you cannot turn on a few appliances at the same time eg washing machine + oven + water heater.

Wonderful stay in a super apartment
We had a great stay in this apartment. It's very comfortable with everything we required for the week. The pool is just next door so we used it all the time and mostly had it all to ourselves as it was a quiet week. Our 3 and 5 year old had a super time swimming and using the play room and we enjoyed the peaceful lake-side location. If I had to nitpick I would say there is perhaps an over-reliance on ikea shelving etc which although new, was not closing properly and the curtains were very poorly hung so as to make it difficult to open windows and move aside to fully appreciate the views. Chamonix All Year provided amazing service and were super helpful with all our queries.

The staff of Chamonix All Year was very accommodating and helpful in responding to all our questions and making reservations, e.t.c.
La Cordee 504 is a brand new apartment and there were some mishaps and inconveniences during our stay:
1. TV was not functional and technician couldn't make it to fix it
2. Lack of some detergents, bathroom supplies
3. No bus schedules and bus routing available in apartment
4. Having a list of suggested restaurants and their contact info would be helpful
5. Gym, spa and shower areas were not in good condition: Jacuzzi's temp. was cold, no soap/shower gel in the showers, steam room temp. should be adjustable or be higher
6. Somewhere in advertising literature it should be mentioned the walking distance/time from the apartment to center of town
