The hosts are so thoughtful here with some lovely personal touches. Gorgeous stylish villa, loved the decor! Really comfy large bed and great shower. We really enjoyed our stay. Also I’m not a super confident driver but Blenheim was easy to drive around, and this house was on a quiet street, so this really enhanced our experience.

This house has a lovely vibe, it met all of our needs, in the many different accommodations we used during our 28 day travels around the south island of NZ, this is the only one where we wished we had longer. Functional kitchen with decent size fridge/freezer, smart TV, outdoor bbq, comfortable bed, hot shower/hairdryer, washing machine/dryer, and if prefer as we did, access to an outside clothesline, we did not use them but we noticed there were 2 bicycles/helmets available for use.

There was nothing that we did not like about this accommodation.

it had comfort, clean, style, spacious, two toilets and an amazing entertaining area in the back. loved the house and recommendations in the folder, personal touches were noticed!

Stylish & comfortable two bedroom house with a bathroom & second toilet + large laundry, kitchen/dining & living room. The large garden had ample parking for two cars, a BBQ and plenty of free street parking. The large field at the rear of the garden makes the house setting very peaceful. The house is attractively and thoughtfully furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and there are interesting books to read. We will definitely stay here on future visits to Blenheim.

Absolutely everything was as close to perfect as possible. The house was spacious and really tastefully decorated. The property was much more spacious than expected and ideally positioned for airport and vineyards. The house had a sizeable garden which was well maintained. Communication was easy and our hosts were very flexible. Would happily use, again and recommend to anyone, especially if they wish to visit the vineyards, beach, Picton and Havelock all of which are within easy reach.

There were no downsides that found with property.

The house was well appointed, absolutely clean and nice touches like the nespresso machine and the wine exchange. I loved the indoor sun porch for the morning and the dressing room off the bedroom (not sure that's what it is but that's what I used it for!)

Not that I can think of. We cooked a few meals at the property and all the equipment/pans/serving dishes we needed were available.
