Room was clean but dated.

The bed was so uncomfortable that I literally got no sleep. Noisy sprung mattress with springs you could feel. I was aching all over next morning. All it needs was a decent mattress topper & it would probably be fine.

Rooms are ok and good value for money. Power shower was great.

Rooms are next to the pub, which does good food at a reasonable price. The owning chain and managers need to sort their act out on gluten free, a couple of simple tweaks and they would have a great story to tell.

Staff were really friendly and allowed us to check in early

All the staff were friendly, sadly they have stopped doing Thai food.

The fire alarm went off at 3am, on the plus side it did work!

Room much bigger than we thought. Travelling to attend a wedding nearby so plenty of space. Easy to get a cab to venue and back.

Issue with the tv which we didn't bother trying to address as we were only staying 1 night. Also the mattress could do with replacing as a lot of the springs were poking through.

The bed was clean . The staff sorted the problem fast.. The parking was good We were left alone to enjoy our stay

Comfortable, small fridge in room which my medication could go in and drinks which I like to be cold. Large shower room

Stayed here before with a really lovely breakfast so just booked it again, I’m hard of hearing and asked what time is breakfast and was told “I just told you there is no breakfast” lesson here is to check breakfast is available just assumed as had it before. Would not have booked had I known. Big cobwebs on ceiling/wall and dust in places. Tv did it’s own thing and dodgy socket.

A gorgeous little Pub in a residential area, a fabulous find ! Rick and his staff were brilliant, comfortable bed, right next to the Pub, food delious (Sunday roast amazing) and you must try their Thai cuisine. The locals so friendly, the weather was perfect to sit outside with a Pint or two :-) All areas of the pub and accommodation were spotless. A must stay if your in the Wokingham area even if its for the food & drinks !!!

Lovely food at the pub next door. The room smelled lovely and fresh. Good size and clean too. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

It was very clean, no frills but adequate, tea and coffee provided, towels very good as were toiletries

The bed was too soft for me but that's personal preference

Nice spot, clean and neat with everything we needed. We were only there for the night but I misread the checkin time like a pillock and they kindly rung to remind me. Thanks for helping us out there (sorry!).

No one in when we got up earlier than expected to have breakfast within the time stated. Probs because we had said 9:30 the evening before but hadn't realised we couldn't get there earlier if needed.

It was clean, had everything I wanted. The staff was very good and instructions on how to use the place were simple. A very good experience. I would definitely recommend.

The fan in the ensuite was working so there was a little build up of mould on the ceiling. It didn’t bother me as it was minor - but I think they should get the fan working.
