Localização e praia

Falta de cadeiras e guarda-sol suficientes para os hóspedes na praia..e falta de mais funcionário na praia.. Atendimento lento no café…muito difícil comer uma tapioca…em 05 dias só consegui comer um dia nos outros não chegou.!

O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade de pães. A localização é boa.

O hotel em si é muito bom, porém o ferro de passar veio sujo, e acabou manchando uma camisa branca🥲, sobre a infraestrutura do hotel nada a reclamar e o atendimento ótimo. Voltaria sim.

The cleaning .

I’m requesting a simple invoice . And they are not able to provide it. They don’t even reply my request . It shouldn’t be so complex . It should be very easy . It’s incredible how they are not listening to my request .

The hotel's location on the beach was convenient. Having two pools there gave us options when relaxing outside. There was a great variety of foods offered at breakfast. We took advantage of the large buffet and the special orders that were prepared in addition to the buffet. The hotel staff - from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant staff to the poolside staff - were all extremely friendly. They did their best to understand us (we don't speak Portuguese) and using our translator app we were able to communicate with them. Also, we felt very safe at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

The hot tub and spa were not working while we were there. We would've liked to have used them. A very minor issue was that although the web site shows a hot water pot with hot drink and condiments in the room, the only thing offered was tea. There was no coffee offered, even instant coffee. It would have been nice to have it in the room. So, I just went downstairs to the restaurant to get our coffee to get each day started.

Everything. The rooms were very comfortable. Air Conditioning was working perfectly, water pressure, cleanliness, as even assisting me as a guest. Exterior area was perfect environment. Clean swimming pool, excellent layout configuration, I would recommend a better explanation/presentation to the guests on the facilities. Perfect rooftop to spend a excellent sunset and night with some dj or band entertainment. The beach was clean but the water is not transparent, but it is hot as perfect! I felt safe in entire João Pessoa stay.

The food in the restaurant could be better. The rate is expensive considering the place and quality of food. Starting in the breakfast and in the dining. However the entire experience was really great.

The host and service were excellent and accommodating.

The room was a little smaller than expected, and the shower was defective or needed work.
