- la localisation parfaite (5 minutes du centre ville, 10 de la gare, 5 du SPA QC Termes, au calme et accessible, et au pied des pistes ! Avec en prime une petit piste de luge devant ) - la vue superbe sur les montagnes environnantes dont l’aiguille du midi et en arrière le mont blanc - l’accueil chaleureux, les conseils et la gentillesse des hôtes - le sauna intérieur et le jacuzzi extérieur à privatiser sur un créneau

Tout était très bien !!

Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est complet. L'hôtel est bien équipé, avec un sauna, jacuzzi (avec vue incroyable sur le Mont Blanc), table de ping-pong... Il y avait même un concert le samedi en fin d'après-midi au bar!

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het hotel en ontbijtruimte. Gezellig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel.

De douche was splinternieuw maar er kwam weinig water uit.

Great mountain views, very cosy mountain cabin vibes, very friendly staff, excellent value for money. Short walk away from the busy main street.

Be mindful it is a little older so you may hear your neighbors.

The hotel is in a very convenient place which only takes 5 mins walk to the Chamonix town centre. The room has a fantastic view and the space is large enough. Moreover, the room is well-cleaned. The most remarkable point is the service there. The staffs at the reception are really nice and enthusiastic, especially for the guys from France (whose family is from Senegal) and Italy (whose home city is Naples). They provided wonderful services, with the lovely and active care. It was a brilliant experience to chat with them during my stay. Very appreciate about their services again.

The only thing need to be improved is the access for the power sockets. The power sockets in the room are inconvenient to be accessed.

There was no AC. In summer, during the night it got hot. We had to keep balcony door open.

breakfast was just ok. bathroom a bit small and shower was challenging. had to bend down to wash my hair and water power was lacking.

The hotel is a family run business and the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel is advertised as a ski in/out but it isn’t really, however it does had a convenient place to store ski equipment and is in a great location to the slopes. While just outside of the main town centre, it’s only about a 5-7 min walk away so it’s a great location. The hotel has a rustic chalet interior which makes everything feel warm and welcoming.

most things were great. The breakfast however at €15 is expensive for what you get, though there is a large choice of bread, cereal and some cheese and ham, there is no hot breakfast aside from eggs you boil yourself. For the price, it would be nice to have some hot options, such as scrambled eggs, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes etc.

breakfast was a great variety of light foods which was perfect for skiing. yiummy coffee,fresh juices and baked pastries, and a gorgeous view!

my only complaint was the size of our room! But it's ok because we were busy skiing all day :) the staff were absolutely wonderful and it felt like a cozy , family-oriented inn.
