Fairly clean.

Lipstick on drinking glasses goes to cleanliness. Yuk! Far from a lot of places. Charged me $75.00 for a 30 lbs Frenchie without telling me when I was checking in. Kind of sneaky thing to do. Said it was posted but I never saw it. I guess they need the money because not many people at the facility. Kind of tells you something.

Water pressure was terrible

I truly enjoyed this place. I hadn’t stayed in a motel in a very long time, and this was very comforting, and it was very reassuring and I would definitely stay in this place again and again the hospitality was off the chain. It was marvelous. The staff was great everything about this place was great, absolutely a great deal. Truly, truly enjoyed this place.

There was nothing about this place that I didn’t like everything was marvelous. Well put together. Staff was well mannered everything about this place was great.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Midland! The breakfast was top notch, they have a waffle iron for fresh waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast and, bagels! Really a top notch breakfast!

I would say the beds definitely need an upgrade, they were a bit stiff and the old spring type! Some pillow tops and this would definitely make this the best hotel in Midland!

The location was great. The room was big and very clean.

The breakfast could use some improvement.

Sitting with friends in the lobby in the afternoon, we mentioned that it was one of our birthdays. A few moments later, the morning clerk came over with little candies and wished her happy birthday. That was exceptional!! The afternoon clerk was so kind to offer a rollaway bed as it was more comfortable than the couch bed. And she had to bring it up w/ bedding. She could have been silent and saved herself some work. Because she didn't, my sister got 2 great nights sleep. Again, exceptional!!
