The room was reasonably sized, and reasonably updated.. the only reason it didn't get a 1.

To begin with, we could not locate the hotel with Google Maps... it took us to a different location. We finally located it by driving around and seeing the sign. We were extremely disappointed with the staff. There was a 'party' going on outside our door until after 11:30PM, yelling, loud talking and laughing. We contacted the girl at the front desk... I didn't even have to tell her where the loud noise was coming from, she told me. Yet she and whatever other staff working that night had failed to put a stop to it even though I was told "quiet time" began at 10PM. After our call, the people did settle down... but, I wonder how long it would have been allowed to continue if I hadn't complained. We spoke with the morning girl and asked for a discount for our trouble, she seemed sympathetic, but we did not receive anything.... didn't even receive an email apology.... nothing. Very poor customer service, disappointing.

Good location

Walls were so thin. My upstairs neighbors watched a movie and I could hear every word. I don't even think it was that loud.

Pancake machine was not working. Out of eggs, milk and sausage. Two Dirty stinky dogs running around the breakfast area. Then the two dogs get into a tiff.

TV didn't work the whole time we were there. Not thrilled about the maid schedule. Going to be hard to convince me to come back.
