Rooms could be cleaner and my bed spread had red stains on it and the bedding looked yellow l. Shower curtain was dirty

The key cards were not working so anyone could walk in your room while not there. My lamp and toilet paper holder was broken had to go get toilet paper because there was none. That was the second room first room had a broken toilet seat so I asked to be moved .the breakfast was cold when suspose to be hot the chocolate milk was four days expired.

had to ask 3 times to get the room vacuumed. was never told doors to all but a couple rooms in the hotel would not lock due to large scale card reader failure. I had to learn of this on the third of a 3-night stay by overhearing the front desk agent tell a guest (who was charged for the room before being told, and told they’d need to contact the manager for a refund). sickening to think our valuable items sat behind an unlocked door for three days and we didn’t even know it! I was informed by staff that I should have been alerted at check in … nope, wasn’t…or contacted during our stay … nope. SAD

The morning staff was good but the evening staff could use work. The breakfast and pool were good as well.

The first room we checked into had a broken door and tv, when I went to the desk to change it the employee acted like it was the last thing they wanted to do. There was no towels in my room and when I tried to ask a question it seemed they didn’t want to help. The morning staff and manager were amazing and helpful.

The room was not very clean. hair on the floor…hair in the tub…bugs on the window sill…dirty bathtub…dusty baseboards.

We had no access to using our bathroom in the room it kept over flowing onto the floor we went to office that night asking for plunger to be told they were all locked up. So we were not able to use the bathroom our whole stay we checked out 10 am and still no one had came to fix our toilet that was over flowing all night and mori g

The staff at the counter was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

The tile floors were very cold to bare feet. The water tasted horrible. The breakfast was ordinary, except there were no juices in the juice dispensers, just warm water.

The room had trash behind the furniture and footprints in the tub, which made everything that was clean looking feel questionable.

Fridge and microwave were nice Big TV Nice pillows and room temperature.

The breakfast was horrible I know a hotel breakfast isn't 5 start but the waffles and sausage were not even edible. The muffins and bread choices were nice along with the juices and coffee! The drains in the sink and tub didn't drain fast and water built up
