Super Lage, ruhig, bequeme Matratzen , gute Ausstattung,sauber, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, alles gut erklärt per Mail.

Ein Duschvorhang wäre noch toll gewesen.

Die Lage, die Erreichbarkeit und die Ausstattung waren echt super.

Die Couch hat vom vorherigen Bewohner stark nach Hund gerochen. Als Allergiker war das weniger schön. Auch war das Laken eher löchrig. Sonst gibt es aber nichts zu beanstanden!

Sie hat einen super Lage, von da aus ist alles zu erreichen.

Man sollte das mit dem Preis überdenken zwecks Endreinigung. Man bezahlt 65 Euro Endreinigung bezahlt und dann nochmal zusätzlich 50 Euro, wenn man einen Hund hat. Ich verstehe das die Reinigung da dann „anders“ ist. Aber so bezahle ich zweimal für eine Reinigung.

Very good location, close to grocery store, restaurant and to tourist routes, parking place also not that far away. Easy check-in process and nice host. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. If (or rather when) we come back to Rathen, we will definitely stay in this villa too

It was easy to hear noise from the apartment above, as there was a family with children and a dog.

We travelled as 2 families with kids and our apartaments were situated on the last floor in the separated building, the apartaments itself also had two floors which was very complicated in day-to-day life, in addition the bathroom was situated on the last floor. Moreover, the bed in the living room was out of order, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep there, it was only one tablet to the dischmachine so the guest have to ressuply even if they stayed only for 3 days . The accomodation procedure is also quite complicated- they need your car numbers in advance and in the end signed documents left on the table. The communication with the host is very unpleasent and do not speak English. The host is rude, unproffesional, ordinary and impolite, the apartament cleaning was in the price of accomodation, however the host wrote messages that they found urine in the bathroom, dirty towels and food in the refrigenator. I would not recommend these uncomfortable apartaments running by very unproffesional host.

We liked the location of the flat, both hiking routes, restaurants, cafes and the shop in close proximity. It is well equipped, and practically furnished, we had everything we needed. The view from the apartment was amazing, an extra bonus!

Exactly as advertised. Good communication with the staff. Great location. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was overall good. Good sized fridge when you were bringing your own food. Good recycling.

It was impossible to open the cupboard which apparently had the cart to bring luggage from the parking to the apartment…. though that said, most people were not shy about driving into the town to load and unload. I was actually surprised but the amount of car traffic. A microwave would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker :)!
