W pokoju było czysto, klimatyzacja sprawna, blisko do plaży. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

Największym minusem, który sprawia, że wystawiam średnią ocenę był brak ciepłej wody. Musieliśmy kąpać się w zimnej wodzie.

Good location. Spacious and clean room with private bathroom. The kitchen is quite complete and you can cook anything there. The cleaning lady asked me how was my night and seemed to care (which was the only human touch point of my stay).

Check-out at 9 am is quite uncomfortable, I'd revise that decision. The check in and logistics in general were good, but a more personal or "human" touch in the communication wouldn't hurt. More electric plugs or a multi connector would be necessary for groups (2+ people) and / or people that are working while traveling and use multiple devices.

Large bedroom.

I didn't receive the email with the information for self-check-in, and I had to call Booking to figure out how we would get in. The host should have contacted us before to confirm the procedure as the others places do. Checkout is also too early.

Location was good, the room was spacious.

It was not clean, especially the kitchen. The kitchen was very badly equipped (a shared kitchen with just one pot is quite poor).

AC not working The cover light is hard to regulate but ok The shower is half broken and allows the water to go out and the floor gets dirty really fast

Close to everything

No WI-FI, no wall mirror or any mirror in the bedroom, bathroom's door is not steady and lock wasn't working. The size of the shower was tiny.

Good location , close to center , and quite affordable price

Lack of information before going there and I did not meet the owner , it was a bit unipersonal

Accommodation is at very good location, just a few minutes to Corso and to the best pizzeria (Lievito) in the city. Good accommodation for the great price. There was a kitchen with the table for eating and also with big fridge and other equipment.

Beds were unstable (sliding on the floor).
