The owners of the apartments behave inappropriately. They refuse to solve these problems. It is not possible to live in apartments. please take action. The conflict becomes criminal. The owners lie and demand that we leave the apartment.

Moderno y nuevo

El sofa, y las paredes muy muy sucias.

Apartamento muy moderno, limpio y cómodo. Tal como se muestra en las fotos. La cama de la habitación era muy cómoda, la del sofá cama era más incómoda, el colchón era blando. La cocina tenía tostador, cafetera, horno-microondas, vitro, todo lo necesario, y te dejan un minikit de limpieza por si quieres poner una lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. El baño era muy grande, espacioso, y cómodo. Y todo a buen precio. Cerca del centro andando.

Couldn’t work the hob, could do with some instructions. No dish cloth/towel or detergent available for the kitchen.

Minor thing but the person I called about access to the garage was not showing a lot of hospitality

Everything was good. Clean and modern, location was good. The communication was good through the app. We had a problem with the key access to the car park which was fixed remotely in a few minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

This was no problem for us but a warning if you are not so confident with using mobile phone apps as a key to let yourself in and to communicate with hotel staff this might not work for you. There are no staff in the hotel to help you in person.

Absolutely everything, the location, the flat design, the decoration, the cleanliness, the easy access from parking to flat, the digital check in/out. excellent value for money.

New furniture. Location

They needed to do some maintenance in the apartment which we should have been made aware of at the time of booking the apartment. Instead a day after we checked in, I received an e-mail message saying: tomorrow between 12pm and 2pm we will be doing maintenance work in your apartment for a planned non urgent maintenance. Unfortunately I was working remotely and could not leave the apartment, I had meetings at the requested times. After calling the virtual reception and dealing with a very rude member of staff, they stated they will be coming inside anyway to perform the maintenance tasks. No one came between 12pm and 2pm. I was in the middle of a zoom call and at 4pm someone from maintenance without mask and coughing (I could hear him for some time in another room) wanted to come in. Worst customer service experience ever. Also the apartment building is not secure. There is no one at reception, which complicates checking in and overall security. There are at least 8 apartments per floor and 8 floors. Very dark corridors leading to the rooms. It doesn’t feel secure. You use an app or code to access the building which doesn’t stop someone just entering behind you and gaining access to the building. The apartment seemed clean superficially but dandruff everywhere, a lot of it coming from under the furniture when we started the air heating. Also the heating wasn't working in the bedroom but we managed to stay warm managed by leaving the door of the living room open.

It was clean, and for those who deal with technology you basically don't need to interact with people to check-in and check-out.

The breakfast price from the booking.com was more expensive than from their website, and for the price paid from the booking.com, its definitely not worthy it. I was charged extra for parking. In the end the overall stay was quite expensive for what you get.
