Well equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms, easy parking and access to centre of Birmingham

House is tired and in need of decorating. One bedroom is large but windowless. Kitchen/living area too outside space although large and advertised as terrace needs work and which would significantly add to the property 's attraction

Easy to find, great communication and house met our needs for a weekend meeting family. Easy taxi ride to edgbaston stadium

The property had all the essentials and is about 35 minutes drive from Birmingham city centre. Plenty of on and off road parking.

The property was in poor condition e.g. damaged mirrors and door frames. The garden had a lot of junk in it - an old mattress and a pile of household waste. I had to transfer £300 security deposit before we were able to get the check in instructions - this is on the description so was expected. But I then had to chase the property to have it back and call booking.com to ask for it as I was receiving no replies from the property. It wasn’t until booking.com contacted the property for me that I received the refund.

Clean house with plenty of space in a very good location and a very spacious garden.. We had a good time 💯

it was very spacious and there was plenty of room for many guests. the location was good. not too far away from shops and the local neighbours weren’t loud.

i liked the property, I don’t have any complaints.
