I have stayed here on a number of occasions (In fact when visiting Portsmouth I Am disappointed if I leave it too late and there are no rooms left), everything about the stay is Professional and slick.

We stayed for two night over the weekend and needed somewhere close to the station but not too near town, with good security. This was perfect. On both mornings we had a lovely breakfast and used the cooking facilities once which were very efficient and clean. The owner of the house had left clear instructions for any queries and had thought out the house very well, and was very friendly when we saw her.

Stayed for two nights before a trip to the Isle Of Wight for 5 days. Stayed in Room 2, which is downstairs; very well furnished with a lovely en-suite wet room. Shared kitchen facilities were superb. Sometimes things go wrong; for us the door code was accidentally deleted after the first night, but a quick call to Charlotte and it was sorted instantly - exceptional service when things do go wrong makes a place stand out as special.
