Perfect hosts , breakfast to die for

Pauline and Anthony are excellent hosts in their very nice and comfortable B&B. They serve a great and tasteful breakfast of your choice with homemade ingredients. Due to their warm, personal approach and high service standard we had a marvelous stay at Court Prior. We kan very much recommend it.

Pauline and Anthony were excellent! They went an extra mile to make our stay relaxing, enjoyable, remarkable and unforgettable. We felt so much at home, it was incredible. They supplied more than enough information for us to explore the local area. They made us laugh so much that we felt like family. Strongly recommended! Thanks guys, you are the best. Anthony and Pauline are the perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble
The breakfasts are wonderful and set you up for the day Anthony includes everyone in conversations in the dining room which is a great way to get to know your fellow guests

Lovely comfortable accommodation - a bonus to have off-street parking. Breakfasts were perfect - fresh (and some home-made / home grown) produce ... could not think of any way in which they could be improved upon!

Pauline and Anthony were perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was first class and noticeably the attention to detail all of which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Particularly enjoyed the use of the comfortable guest lounge. Superb choice at breakfast even including several varieties of bread. Would definitely return.

We had two nights at the Court Prior and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment the friendly owners met us at the door on arrival to driving away we had a fabulous time. Our room was clean and well-appointed with all the things we needed including a lovely shower. The breakfast choice was amazing and delicious, and we were looked after throughout. The location was perfect too - a 10min walk into the centre of Torquay and about 25mins in the opposite direction to Babbacombe

Court Prior is an elegant property set on a quiet road close to Torquay town centre. Our room was peaceful so we had a good nights sleep. The room was tastefully decorated and furnished with so many lovely finishing touches. Anthony & Pauline are charming hosts, they really made us feel welcome. There was a good variety for breakfast. We will definately stay again when visiting Torquay.

Stayed for 6 nights at Court Prior in a very beautiful and comfortable king room, very nice en-suite. Extemely friendly and accommodating hosts and exceptional breakfast.

We spent two wonderful evenings at this charming hotel. Pauline and Anthony were exceptional hosts, they really could not do enough for us and the other guests.
The bedrooms are all large and very individual in character, we particularly liked our sunny room as it had glimpses of the sea and was surrounded by the beautiful garden.
Breakfast could not have been better and everything was cooked to order.
The location is wonderful it was a very short walk down the hill to the centre of Torqua

Good to revisit places of interest like Dartmouth and visit places like Greenway not visited before. To relax in lovely scenery and a change from normal environment was good.

Every aspect of the hotel is excellent . The owners are very attentive and helpful with tips for restaurants and days out.
The rooms are large and airy and the facilities more than adequate.

Stayed for a 'girls only' theatre break. Wanted to stay in comfortable accommodation, convenient for all local attractions. Court Prior was ideal.

The patrons were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative. They provided lots of information on things to do and places to eat. The facilities in the bedroom were comprehensive with a fridge and fresh milk on the landing. Breakfasts were excellent and a very relaxing environment. The views across the bay were spectacular. The only problem for us was the challenging climb up the hill! We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is happy with being near the top of a steep hill.
