This house worked perfectly for what we wanted. The view was nice, the location was out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and LA. It was great that it had its own parking spot where you didn't have to fight with street parking. Jackie was great to deal with and was always quick with a response and very helpful. Overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time.

What a great stay for my team and I while we were at an expo in Beverly Hills. The view of this home was amazing and the amenities are excellent. The 4 of us had plenty of room. This location was close to it all. The morning runs where also great! Just a 10 minute walk and you have a great view of the world famous Hollywood.

This was everything we expected out of our stay. Had a great time here with family for a birthday getaway. Stunning views - loved the sunsets and sunrises. Had everything we needed and was so close to all our activities. Close to the Hollywood sign too! Host was amazing and very responsive.

Great view from this place.. could have done a better job on cleaning the windows though and baseboards caked in dust but overall nice place!

Perfect location for everything!

The stay at this location was amazing, everything that we needed or thought we needed was available for our family of four. Views were astounding, easy access to anywhere we needed to go, and the times we did need to communicate with the management team, it was an extremely positive/responsive experience. We could not ask for anything more. Thank you so much for a wonderful, positive experience on our first trip to California.

House is as advertised, the views from the back windows is amazing! Very cool staying up in the Hollywood Hills. And the host went above and beyond helping to answer questions and give recommendations on the area. We would love to stay here again.

We went to Hollywood for a quick couples getaway and we had a great time. The house was extremely clean and the views were outstanding. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The response time from the owner was extremely fast and couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Generally you get what you see in the photos. Our big regret is that there are no comfy chairs in the entire house beside the L-shaped sofa, and that there are zero reading lights. Otherwise everything went well!

This property is perfectly located for a hike to the Hollywood sign, and the view of downtown LA from all the windows is incredible. Just lying in bed and watching the sunrise against the skyline was worth the trip. And the host was very responsive.

This was an all around delightful experience. Communication with owner was great. They were highly responsive and easy interact with. This home is exactly as pictured. It felt safe and welcoming. My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here (two couples) during a quick mid-week getaway to relax, escape the desert heat and enjoy a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Jackie, the property’s manager was outstanding with communication. Her instructions were flawless, she quickly answered (within seconds) any questions we had. We had lunch at The Oaks, which she recommended and it was delicious! The rental property is exactly as depicted in the photos and was very clean when we arrived. It is nicely equipped. We cooked dinner one evening and had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed. It was awesome to have a dedicated parking space as streets are narrow and very winding in this adorable neighborhood. While it would have been possible to walk to the Hollywood Bowl, it is nearly a 40 minute hilly walk so we opted to do a quick Uber or Lyft ride to and from and it was is relatively inexpensive from there. The beds we’re comfortable and the linens were soft. There are black out curtains to cover the sliders with the great view in case sleeping in is more important to you than waking up or going to sleep to the views of the Los Angeles skyline. Though it has no views, the second bedroom felt spacious. There is an AC unit in the living room which worked well to cool the entire place and ceiling fans in all rooms as well as other fans. We were quite comfortable even though it was in the 80’s during the day. We would definitely stay here again. I only would make two recommendations and offer one caution: 1. It needs to either have a Keurig or a larger coffee maker. The one there (drip style) only makes enough for two cups at a time. Not ideal with two couples. 2. It needs a living room chair or two. There is limited comfortable seating in the living room. The small sectional seats 3 rather tightly. It would be nice to have two small swivel side chairs (or even one) over by the windows so that four adults can all sit in the living room comfortably. One of our group of four had to sit in the high back bar stools or on the floor. If we had thought about it or realized this, we would have brought a folding camp chair. Caution: the driveway (SO GREAT TO HAVE!) has a slight and not so noticeable drop off at the end of it into the street. It is easy to stumble when you are loading and unloading if you don’t realize it is there. Again, we truly enjoyed the property and Jackie’s customer service. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to really experience all that West Hollywood has to offer. The location was perfect for accessing hiking in the hills and for accessing downtown for fun! The home is gorgeous and all the details are well thought out. The views are spectacular! My only wish is that there were screens on the sliding glass doors so they can be opened all the way.

Beautiful view, especially at night. Would be even better with a porch so that the sliding glass doors could be opened fully. Great location; however, Los Angeles traffic makes any trip a long one! We enjoyed Hollywood Hill, an NHL game at Crypto.com, a tour of SoFi Stadium, Santa Monica Pier and lots of fun meals out. Thanks for a great time!

Many people think of LA as a car-oriented city, but it is also a great walking town and Hollywood Hills is a walking Mecca. This house is in the heart of a neighborhood full of examples of fascinating residential architecture, not to mention nearby walking trails in Griffith Park and Runyon Canyon. And great views everywhere. The house was a dream and Jackie was a great host. We will certainly stay here again.

Super cool and well appointed 2BR 2BA house with an amazing view of Hollywood and downtown LA. Just enough up into the hills to be private and view worthy, but still accessible on foot to Hollywood. We'll be recommending to friends looking to come to LA for an iconic trip.

The entire back wall is all glass, so you can see everything down the hills - it was insane. Communication with owner was super easy, very helpful, I have absolutely no complaints :) Would definitely stay here again.
