The cabin was beautiful! There were 7 of us and it was a perfect fit. Its great having the pool table, Foosball and the hot tub. Plenty of entertainment options. Its vlose to everything and the neighborhood is beautiful. The only suggestion i have for the cabin is new shower heads in the bathrooms. But certainly not a big issue. My future daughter in law left her engagement ring there and didn't realize it until we were 2 hours away. I was able to get in contact with someone immediately. They reached the cleaning crew and were able to locate the ring. They gave us the option to come back or get it shipped. We chose to ship it and received it within 3 days. So excellent to work with! We would definitely stay again.

If you are going skiing the location is good otherwise you are far from the parks.

It was a great location for staying in the Black Hills. Close to Terry peak and great for all snow related fun! We had a party of 10. Ages 3 to 55. Number of bathrooms and beds was more than adequate. A great place to enjoy quality time with family and friends.

The location of this cabin was great, it was nice that there was a door separating upstairs and downstairs so the kids could be playing and listening to music downstairs and the adults could talk and play games. The view was also beautiful. If you are coming in the winter you MUST have 4 wheel drive to get in to the driveway, it’s very steep. Our only complaint was that there were LOTS of dead flies, a decent layer of dust in the master bath and what appeared to be blood stains or spots on some white sheets, luckily, there were clean sheets in the dryer so, it was an easy fix, but still gross. We only had one question during our stay and it was answered in a timely manner, overall we were happy with our stay, just a few housekeeping things that could definitely be addressed in the future.

There was plenty to do for family members that just wanted to relax in the cabin such as pool, foosball, hot tub and just to watch the wildlife. Owners/managers answered in a very timely manner. Some family members wished there was WiFi. Already starting to plan our next vacation

We found the property to be great for the size of our group. We had no complaints on the beds. Check in & out was easy. Communication with property manager was great and always a quick response. The kids really enjoyed the downstairs accommodations with pool table, games and TV. One word of advice is be sure to take all necessary supplies with you including toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap. While there are some supplies there it's limited if you have a large group. No A/C. Overall we had a great 5 day stay.

Overall a very nice stay, great property and very quiet. my only complaint was that the water pressure was very low, can only use one shower at a time and only when nothing else is running like the dishwasher or washing machine, just a few small maintenance issues with the property but otherwise a great stay.

The beds were all uncomfortable and need new mattresses. The bottom bunk is a worn out mattress with no box spring. There is actually a piece of sheetrock under the mattress and a paint can between the floor and sheetrock for support. The entire unit needs a very deep cleaning as the carpet looks dingy and there are dust bunnies on walls.

If you are looking for a good size house close to UTV trails and town, this is it. If you want a modern updated house, look elsewhere. This was perfect for our group. We were only there in the evenings after a day of riding the trails. The good: property management answered immediately when I called to see who we contact when the power went out. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking for our trucks, 4 sxs, and 2 trailers. The less good: showers needed updated, water barely trickled out at times. Towels and linens were mismatched and old. Overall we were pleased.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is very peaceful and quite, we stayed mid Oct so there weren't a lot of people around. So it was relaxing. With that being said there were dead flies all around, cabin could use a little TLC with some minor repairs. If you are looking for a 4 bedroom rental I would not suggest this one. The bedroom with the bunk beds is not a place to sleep due to the bottom bed being broken and being held up with 2 coffee cans. The top bunk so flimsy that my teenager was worried he would fall through the bunk. What we assumed was the master bedroom has no bathroom attached, needless to say our family of 5 had to switch up the sleeping arrangements for the second night so everyone was comfortable. The snow was removed from the driveway but not from the steps going to the second level of the cabin or the top deck.

I understand that for a winter, spring, or fall rental, but if you are going to rent in the heat of summer - you should have ac or make it abundantly clear that there is no ac. You can imagine our days in the 90 and 100 degree weather. You're wanting to have a nice experience when you've paid a lot for a rental, and it's completely miserable. I called and no one answered and the voicemail box was full. I received a text and she said she doesn't have ac at her home either, which didn't help our situation. She said there were only a few days that the weather is hot so I asked for a discount if it's only a few days and it happened to fall during our week - no response. In addition, the lawn was not mowed, there were not adequate fans, the shower head in the master had three jets of water shooting in different directions because 90% were clogged. Everyone complained about it so I had to try to clean the shower head with a dental flosser pick to get a reasonable amount of flow. Then we grilled our food for 5 minutes and found both propane tanks were empty. I had to run to town to fill a tank so we could get dinner finished for a house full of hot and hungry people. Our contact offered to come with propane in 20 minutes or so but I explained we needed to get dinner finished and didn't have time to wait. I explained I got and paid for propane, and she said "OK - thanks," no offer to refund my expense or anything. We spent a fair amount of time and expense purchasing fans, putting them together, and buying propane. After we left, I inquired about a discount for the experience and reimbursement for the propane to which I received no response. That was over two days ago. I am completely disappointed and would not recommend this unit or any of the units under this management!

The property is good over all- the amenities listed are accurate and very nice to have. the key issue is som eo fteh basics. the house does not have A-C - that is clear in the listing, but sevearl of the windows cant be opened as the handles are all broken off and dont work -just laying in the window sill. fire detectors broken off from teh ceiling and just hanging by a wire. The beds are TERRIBLE, The mattresses are so old they have collapsed and loose pieces of foam have been placed on the tops instead of getting new mattresses. Wtih that said we did enjoy the location very much (except when the family reunion came in across the street and had the 30+ person party outside all night) and the pool table and hot tub are great amenities. if the house get some basic maintnenance and new mattresses this would be a top type location.
