Beautiful home, spacious enough 3 families were not crowded, and never bored....

We really enjoyed our stay at the View. The pool, spa, theater room, kitchens, and gathering spaces were ideal. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Kim and Mike were excellent hosts and very responsive to any requests or questions that we had, both before and during our stay. We were vacationing with our kids and five grandkids, ages 3-8, and everyone had a great time. We visited Forbidden Caverns and rented a pontoon but spent most of our time enjoying the house. The kids and grandkids also took some hikes, and visited the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and did horseback riding and visited the petting zoo. We grilled out and ate most of our meals on the deck which was wonderfully outfitted for our big group. On our arrival day we had a meal delivered by Chef Jamie. It was very reasonably priced and actually fed us for multiple days. We also arranged to have groceries delivered by Food City through Instacart so that we didn't have to go shopping right away. I would love to stay here again. It was one of the best family vacations we have ever had.

The View home was the perfect property for my family and my sister's family (4 adults, 5 kids aged 7-1 year). The home is spacious, clean , full of every convivence of home and has one of the most functional and beautiful outdoor patio/pool areas we have ever stayed at. You can tell the care that Kim and Michael have put into the home, as it shows in every detail. They ensured that we had what we needed, and even took care of what we didn't know we needed (filling up the hot tub with more water mid-way through our stay etc.). I coordinated with Chef Jamie prior to our arrival, and he brought over the BEST BBQ that we have ever had. Everything was amazing and we had leftovers for days. The house is about 40ish minutes from different entrances to the GSMPN, as well as Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg etc. If you are looking to get away and relax, you don't even need to leave the house. Just sit outside overlooking the pool and mountains!

Wonderful stay on this beautiful property. This is the second time my family and I stayed at this home. This time with friends to do college visits and I couldn’t think of a better place to rent while touring University of TN. The amazing view, cleanliness, layout, theater and pool/hot tub are the reasons we have been back. Kimberly was great at communicating and making sure we had what we needed during our stay. We plan to visit again!

This house is perfect for a big family it has everything you need and more very spacious and comfortable. Two beautiful kitchens with everything you need and the movie room is great and comfortable then there’s a pool table and games. The view is gorgeous and it’s a great place to relax no one wanted to leave. All of my family had a great time so worth the money.

Kimberly has every detail taken care of! She called the day after check in to make sure everything was ok. Every bedroom has something special, views, a soaking tub, or up stairs away from all the rest… They have an amazing cleaning crew! Once you enter the code to the front door your truly on vacation with a very clean home & the most AMAZING Views! Neither kitchen lacks anything! Fully stocked with everything & 2 coffee bars! Also want to send a shout out to Chef Jamie-his food was delicious! He was very nice & cooks a fabulous meal! Reach out to him you will NOT be disappointed. Theater room - awesome! We rented this expansive home for a family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. Two kitchens, multiple sleeping rooms, pool table, movie room, and a large pool with hot tub overlooking beautiful views of the lake and mountains. It had close proximity to the town with a good grocery story to stock up on essentials. We would definitely consider going back.

I would give this property 10 stars! I have stayed in many homes all over the US through VRBO but never one as magnificent as The View. The pictures cannot begin to depict the spectacular view. The house is laid out perfectly. We intended on doing more sightseeing than we did but our family of 14 was perfectly content enjoying the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and cozy spots throughout the home. The view was that relaxing. We barbequed and cooked the whole week and there was not a thing that was needed. At one point Kimberly was concerned that there were not enough spatulas and had an Amazon delivery while we were there! She was attentive throughout the process and made this well-needed vacation all the more enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We were so sad to leave. We were able to enjoy the lake on pontoon boats and the rental companies were all close and extremely affordable. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your home with my family. The memories made will last a lifetime!

It's called "The View" and it lives up to that. I think the first time we rented a house and the pictures didn't do it justice for just how great the place was. Outside of grabbing groceries 5 minutes away at the store, we spent an entire week just enjoying the pool and company. The kitchen's are absolutely stocked with everything you want and more. Owners were so nice and accommodating as well. Don't hesitate.

Property is very clean and offers so much space for a larger family. There are many, many conveniences already there for you! Loved having a private bath in every bedroom but then others centrally located close to where we all hung out. We all had a great week! And the view is beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at this home to the fullest. The home was spacious, extremely clean and prepared with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, making it feel like home! The views are breathtaking and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful amenity to come home to after two days of renting a boat and our travels to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home owners were extremely easy to work with and were available whenever we had a question about the home and surrounding area. We also used the suggestion of the homeowner to use Chef Jamie and the meals were delightful. It was a pleasure to have warm meals delivered right to your door, truly making our vacation feel like a vacation. During the time we were awaiting our trip, our mother sadly passed away, we were so thankful that we were able to use this home as a space to share memories, laughter, tears and love when we needed it the most. This home provided us an environment filled with peace, and for that we are truly grateful.

This house would be ideal for a family of adults that don’t mind being under constant surveillance. We were not permitted to have two dinner guests because that is over the allowable number of guests in the house at one time. They will count the number of people going into the house and then proceed to call you if they count more than you accounted for. The house is well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood with no lake access. The pool and hot tub are beautiful with breathtaking views. I wish we could have enjoyed it with less paranoia.

We had a great mini vacation!!! The hosts were very responsive. The home was extremely nice and views were great. . We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub not to mention the spectacular theater room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens were nice. Hopefully you do not need to work, but the office is awesome and has a great view. We had two toddlers and they enjoyed the pool area and we appreciated the pool security system. We also used Chef Jaime. He delivered brisket, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and banana pudding at a very reasonable rate. Close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We played a few rounds of golf at Dandridge Country Club (5 minute drive). Lots to do closeby, yet you feel like you are miles away from civilization. BabyQuip delivered cribs, Everything was great! We have enjoyed every moment during our year end family vacation.We felt we were at home.There is enough space for everyone.We have an unforgettable evenings in the theater room.Kimberly and Mike the owners made everything possible to make us comfortable and happy.The lake view is gorgeous and invites you to stay outdoors.We had several our breakfast & dinner in the garden facing the lake.Beds are very comfortable and everything is extreme organized and super clean.Plenty of fire places wood or gas, you name it ,is available.The 2 kitchens are fully ,packed with all your needs.I will highly recommend to spent at least a week in this mansion.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The View! The host was extremely responsive and kind. The property was amazing and the views were truly breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave! We would highly recommend this rental!

This place was amazing! Communication and responsiveness of the owners was top notch. The location from attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was perfect. After a long day of sight seeing and activities, to come home to the views that this property provided was simply amazing. My family had a wonderful experience here. The pool and media room were a huge hit with the kids and adults. The views were stunning and the property had every extra appliance/toiletry to make your stay comfortable. We also had wonderful communication with the owners during our stay. Wow! This home was amazing. We have stayed in homes literally all over the world, and this is the best property we have ever stayed in. Simply a beautiful property. Inspiring lake and mountain views, welcoming Hot tub, large pool area, and awesome movie room - to name a few of the many highlights. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and have it all accessible and clearly marked. From the minute we walked in we were impressed with how beautifully the home was decorated. Every area was well thought out to provide a fantastic, relaxing experience. Welcoming touches abound, like towels by the door for the pool area, candles (battery operated) by the bathtub, cabinets and drawers clearly labeled in the kitchen (actually in both kitchens.) We were so impressed. We felt we were at one of the finest resorts we had ever visited. There was so much to do right on property: Pool, hot tub, pool table, Movie Room, fire pit, and all with some of the most beautiful views you will see anywhere. To demonstrate the attention to detail and thought that went into this place, the owners even put up a glass wall on the back side of the pool so the views would not be obstructed. We were there for nearly a week and I had to work part of the time. The home was wonderfully equipped for that too. There is a spacious, beautiful office with a desk that has a spectacular lake view. Thank you so much to the owners for all the thought, love, and work that clearly went into this place to make it so impressive. We loved it!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying here. The views were beautiful, the swimming pool, movie room & pool table were a hit with our kids. This house is very spacious and had everything you needed to cook anything!! Multiple family members & friends have inquired about renting this home. The location is ok……..not that far of a drive from Ziplining,whitewater rafting, shopping,etc…..30-40 minutes tops!! Would we rent this home again? Absolutely!

The listing for this property does not do it justice. My family and a few of our friends stayed at this property for a week, and we were in heaven! The house has the most gorgeous views of any rental home we have stayed in before, as well as the largest pool/hot tub and theater room. It was an incredible getaway. Kimberly & Michael had terrific communication before and during the trip, and we did not want for anything. The house is immaculately clean and has 2 fully stocked kitchens. Normally, we have to bring a few items with us as we do most of our own cooking, but not this time. The owners have thought of everything and it was so refreshing to stay with people who care about us having a safe & relaxing vacation. I truly can't say enough good things about this rental. We only journeyed out once and rented a boat on the lake. The kids loved going tubing; we had so much fun! Thank you again for renting to us - we will definitely be back!

This property was amazing! It's basically two houses in one. Two kitchen's, 6 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, pool/jacuzzi and a movie theater which was awesome. The pool/deck has a fabulous view of the lake and mountain range. The owner is super friendly and was always available if needed. She takes great pride in the property, and it shows with all the little details in the house. I highly recommend this property for large groups and family getaways. There is more than enough room to spread out. The area offers so much in entertainment. I need another week to hit everything we wanted to do.

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for our family. Can’t thank Kim enough for the great communication and the special touches to make sure that our stay was special.

We had 13 family members stay at the house and spent a majority of our time there due to all the things available to us such as a large heated pool/ hot tub, pool table, theatre room, fire pit and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible mountain/lake view. The house is very well-equipped and very spacious. The home had two kitchens which allowed us to cook in one of them (out of the way) and then serve and entertain in the other large kitchen area. Also, we found the owners to be very considerate and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this property.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was like having two houses in one so everyone had their own space. The pool area and view is where we spent our days. The pool is huge and enough space for all the kids and adults to enjoy. The movie theater was unbelievable and was such a great room to have and relax in. The views are breathtaking all day long. There is not much to do in town or many restaurants so we cooked at home a lot, which was fine. The bigger towns are about 45 - 60 minutes away. The lake is huge and was fun to rent waverunners for a few hours to explore.
