Service was top notch! Cleaning came through daily unlike some other places. Every staff member was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Our only meh . . . was the constant spraying thing hanging in the hallways—due to allergies.

We arrived very late, just an overnight stop on a family road trip. Check in was very quick and easy; the lady at the front desk was very nice. The room is clean, beds are comfortable. It’s more than adequate for a quick overnight stay. I would stay here again. Access right off and on HWY 40 is super convenient.

Nice rooms. Very clean with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast food not very good. The pancake machine was out of order. Food was bland.

Our room had a lot of lady bugs and a stink bug but with it having a patio and this time of year it’s a bit more understanding. However, the carpet had multiple stains, the carpet was torn, the fridges (even though set on coldest setting) wasn’t very cold, and since it is an older building it’s loud when someone else slams their door.

Rooms smell musty upon opening doors & the sound travels extremely well especially thru the floors. Don’t let ‘em put you over front desk with kids or they’ll think you are having a party which we weren’t but they called to check. It’s an older hotel which has been remodeled.

I had 3 rooms booked and when we arrived was told only 1 room was available. They had a smaller room which I took and paid for. Moved my mom to the red roof in next door due to no room for here. When my bill came they charged me for the other 2 rooms as no shows. When I called the hotel the manager was not helpful and refused to verify we were all there with the girl at the desk. So place is nice but if you want to be ripped off of $388 then this is the place for you.

Clean, not very busy, breakfast was good. Easy parking, but mostly behind the building. Shoneys directly across the street, otherwise you have to drive to get some to eat for dinner.

We were unable to stay in our room due to it being very unclean! We had the suite and looked forward to a nice evening after 8. 1/2 hours of driving but the jacuzzi was filthy and the bathroom tub had hair all over it . The front desk assistant was so nice and did not act surprised when she found out the housekeepers name . She even explained that she had to change sheets that night in several rooms. Still waiting on call from manger.

I liked nothing. I would have gotten a better night sleep in my car. Drove 20 hours,went on Expedia and booked this room. The room was room118, behind the elevator. All night long I heard the elevator running up and down. When I commented on it they couldn't help me bc I booked through Expedia.
