I felt that this is a MOTEL, not a hotel. A hotel is not an outside entrance. This motel was rated “Exceptional” and “Exceptional “ does not have outdated furniture, bathtubs , bedspreads, etc; $150. a night is not appropriate for this hotel. Also, we were checking out at 9:30 am no one was at the front counter. Unfortunately Bookings ratings are not correct on a lot of their listings.

Good breakfast selection to choose from. Pool area was clean and inviting so we just sat and relaxed since the water was too cold. The chair in our room was uncomfortable but on our 2nd day all chairs in the hotel rooms were replaced. Great job. Staff was very friendly.

I thought the bed was very comfortable but some of the pillows were too squishy so could use replacement.

Breakfast was very good. We had never been to this area and the staff was very helpful as we navigated around the area, We were going to request adjoining rooms and they had already taken care of that prior to our arrival.

problem with two light bulbs, Towels not the best quality but for that motel - it was fine.

The toilet was extremely low , the shower drained slowly, checking in was horrible but the booking.com was at fault. Booking.com did not send my payment to the hotel,!

Location and room were both great, beautiful Xmas decorations in lobby, staff very friendly, breakfast had a good variety however it did not taste all that great, after first day we went elsewhere for breakfast.
