There are two large shepherds on the property that are constantly barking at night, the rooms often have no running water There was mice poop all over the kitchen They are not beachfront, but a 7-10minute walk from the beach

The pool was nice and the fans kept us cool.

This place is really run down, we had mice in our kitchen, hotel dogs barking all night, water turned off a lot day and night. This place is not beachfront and does not have a restaurant.

The location was very quiet and secluded.

The environment is very calm and very clean. Polite staff who were always around and ready to help.

Excellent position, very clean, friendly staff. The rooms and apartments are surrounded by plants and trees, monkeys move around and it is a pleasure to sit outside in the morning and watch them. The apartment was clean and had enough space to accomodate our family. The kitchen is fully furnished and allows cooking meals at home. The swimming pool was always clean and well maintained. Staff always ready to give us suggestions on what to visit and where to eat/drink in Diani. We felt at home and really appreciated it. Definitely recommended.

We did not like having planned only few days of stay, knowing the place we would have given more time to explore Diani and enjoy Tradewinds lodge.

The service is really great. Friendly staff and managers. Friendly dogs too ! From the start booking to check in to check out the service was smooth, communication was seemless . They really want you to enjoy your time in Diani. And they have great service to back it up. When Electricity failed they labored to provide back up generator power. Good Hosts! No in-house restaurant or food service but they do provide amenities to prep your own meals. My room had open uncovered windows not so private especially considering it was on a path. Upside great natural lighting.

This was an excellent vacay. The squad at this place was amazing. Gordon, Bruno and everyone else. The pool was so good The host were very friendly and kept us company. Very close to the beach. Clean environment The dogs helped scare away the monkey that tried to snatch snacks from my son The kitchen was very good

Noisy neighbours - our rooms at the back of the property were close to others. We were a bit disturbed by music from radio, TV, and others' phone conversations early in the morning and sometimes also late evening. We were told by management they are considering double-glazing all windows to remedy this. But if you're bothered by noise, this might not be the place for you Also the hot water worked only for our first day.

The staff at this property is exceptional; friendly, helpfull and very hospital! The swimming pool is clean and the room is spacious. Plus the beach is 2 minutes walk away and the nearest shop maximum 10 minutes walk. We loved our stay here!

The room is very hot and the shared toilet and shower is slightly inconvenient, but we knew about the shared facilities before. Otherwise, no complaints!
