The weather was not great but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the game room! We had two families and plenty of space! The owner was quick to respond and very easy to deal with.

Such a cute place to stay!! Great views! Easy to get to and park! Chase was so nice and check in and check out was one of the easiest things to do!! Loved it, had a great time and it fits so many guests! Great kitchen! Highly recommend for any group wanting to go to Geneva on the lake!

This is a wonderful stay!! The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had and the house is exactly as described! It is a very convenient and close location to the town and very close to all the different wineries. It even has a beautiful view of the lake for which the waves can be heard crashing on the rocks from the master bedroom! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Chase's property. The game room with the video games was an added bonus. The teenagers spent most of their time in that room. The bunk beds and 5 bedrooms made it a perfect place for kids and adults.The only draw back is that there's only one shower, but with a little scheduling it wasn't really a problem. We'd definitely stay there again!

Excellent choice for our family to meet up, celebrate a birthday, and watch a lot of football! Layout of property was perfect! It gave everyone ample space to catch up, watch the games, or have some quiet time. VERY CLEAN! Will be back!

We spent a beautiful long weekend in this warm inviting and house on the shores of Lake Erie. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen were an especially noteworthy feature of this well equipped rental, and made for a very relaxing visit. We were very happy to find a house in Geneva that allowed our dogs to join us on this trip! We enjoyed exploring Ashtabula County with the beautiful fall colors, and gorgeous sunsets on the lake every night! Thank you for a wonderful visit, we can't wait to come back!

The house was a great place to stay for a girls weekend! There was plenty of space for all of us to gather and relax. We enjoyed the fire pit and sitting out by the lake. Chase was very communicative and provided appropriate instructions. Would definitely recommend!

We came up for a bachelor party, we fished and went out to the strip. Great location and plenty of parking with the boat. We would stay again.

We had a nice relaxing week with children and grandson. Visited the wineries. Enjoyed the State Park, swimming and walking on the trails.

Our group of eleven came from all directions to meet up for a 5-day family vacation on Lake Erie. We truly enjoyed our stay. During a very hot summer, the cool lake breeze and the shady yard left us relaxed and refreshed. We cooked on the grill, played horseshoes, and made s'mores in the firepit. The rooms and living space were very comfortable. We ate-in for most of our meals - plenty of pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen. While the older members of our group hiked or reminisced, the youngers headed to the GOTL strip for livelier action. We all came together each evening to watch the sunset across the lake. Our host quickly responded to our questions and requests - most notably when a nearby water main was cut and we lost all water supply. Jugs and bottles of water were promptly delivered. All of our group left smiling and revived.

My family (11 of us) booked a weekend fishing trip. The house was great with plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen was well stocked and made it very easy to cook meals. The location was great....even though we did not go downtown GOTL, we very easily could have walked or rented a golf cart at the end of our street. If you're looking for space for a family getaway, I highly recommend!

We had the best girl’s trip. The house was amazing, location was perfect, and the view was stunning. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights and used the taxi service to go out on the strip. We would highly recommend staying at this location. We will be back again!

Wonderful stay, location and the owner is very responsive. The location was about 5-10 minutes from the downtown GOTL strip, but had a great view of the lake. The house is beautifully updated and very clean!

It was a pretty house by the lake. Close to most attractions. Owner was responsive, caring and easy to talk to. Good spot to stay while in Geneva.

We were in town for a track meet at the SPIRE institute and this house was just what we needed!

We decided for Thanksgiving we would bring the feast to my brother since he couldn't get time off work. We found this place and it was perfect. Chase was get with communication and the second we has any questions or concerns he got back to us within minutes. Great space, clean and so family friendly. Will definitely consider booking again!!

This property easily accommodated all of our needs to have a college friends get together! The kitchen is huge and well stocked, offering us a great alternative to dining out, and it’s location is prime. Chase is a great and attentive host as well!

We friends and I fully enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, nice open kitchen and comfortably slept a dozen of my friends and I. I don’t remember seeing pictures of the fire pit online, so I wish I had known and I would have brought fire wood. It was too far of a walk for us to walk the strip but the golf cart/taxi service at the end of our street was very quick and cheap to cart my friends and I around all night! Would definitely definitely return!

I’ll start by saying, I booked this property for a girls weekend and had 11 women!! This house was so perfect. It was very clean, plenty of space for all of us, every single person was raving about this property. The location is perfect. It is so close to the wineries and anything f you’d want to do. Communication with the property owner was the best I’ve ever experienced, he was so nice and helpful. Check in and out we’re very easy. I highly recommend!!! My group could not say enough great things about this property. Will definitely be back for our girls trip next year.
