This house had everything you needed & then some. The patio area was so much fun with the putting green, the pool & the hot tub. It was not far from Spring Training & would rent this house again next time we are in Az as it was in a very nice quite neighborhood.

The house we rented was amazing. It was our own little oasis. The area was quiet. The pool was heated. Hot tub was relaxing. Backyard even had a putting green. We had a few competitions on there. Has all the amenities for cooking /grilling. Close to everything. We went to Goodyear for the Guardians game. We golfed two other days. We golfed at Estrella Golf club. I recommend that course. It was absolutely beautiful. Our overall stay was great.

Multigenerational vacation
My husband and I, my sister, my niece and my 83 year old mother had a 4 night stay at the property. The layout was great for my elderly mom. The pool was a bit chilly when we arrived, but Monica had the "pool guy" stop over and turn up the temperature. We appreciated the tea that was in the house. We ordered groceries from Insta Cart and that was easy. We filled the bird feeder up with the seed and enjoyed watching birds. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi being spotty. Monica was aware and tried to help solve the issue for us. That is something that we really needed due to a few of us working remote during our stay. We would love to travel back and stay again at the house.

Arizona Visit
We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in time wasnât until 4:00 pm but we got a text that the house was ready early. The backyard was beautiful and private. The house was clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to gather while we were there visiting our son. We hated to leave! We would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Great experience! Lots to do in the surrounding area. Property was just as described. Issue with hot tub but Monica addressed it quickly. A few of the outdoor recliners need to be replaced (normal wear and tear). Great place!!

A lovely spot in Palm Valley
The entire process was smooth and easy. Communication was great and the house was as advertised. We love this neighborhood and really enjoyed the pool and back yard.

Good stay. Not much for standard supplies. No laundry soap, hot tub was not cleaned and not working. Toilet in master was broken. A lot of rules considering energy use. Overall great location.

Monica was great to deal with. She addressed our concerns very promptly. The home was more than enough space for the 4 of us and the backyard was amazing! The location of the home is great. We would definetly stay there again.

Great time in AZ!
Everything about this home was great, even better than the photos. The only issue we ran into was that the Vrbo owner expected us to wash our own towels and sheets prior to checking out. We only found this out after checking into the home and it came as a surprise given the steep price of the listing. It was particularly challenging as the owner also has fairly specific rules regarding what time you can and cannot use the appliances in the home. All in all, we had a lovely time!

Every thing was just as we were expecting! The property was so nice and we just loved having the pool, hot tub and beautiful patio right at our fingertips. Private and relaxing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Goodyear house. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi relaxing. The bed in the master bedroom was as comfortable if not more comfortable than ours at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only negative we experienced is not under the owners control. The neighbor to the right left his dog in the backyard till late in the evening. The poor dog whined and barked until itâs owner arrived home. Iâm sure thatâs an easy remedy!! Wonderful stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here, the property and owners are great. We were here during the coronavirus shut down, but at least we had nice weather and a great pool to be quarentined by even if everything else was closed down. :)

Nice home with great floor plan to serve our needs. Stayed three weeks and enjoyed the back yard and hot tub. Location is great in Goodyear area with access to stores and highway fairly close by.

November vacation
In town for our annual trip to the Valley of the Sun for the fall Nascar race. Our chosen location was great. Close to the track, any kind of shopping choices, highways for a quick get around across the valley, all kinds of eating places and bars. The home very spacious, clean and comfortable. Patio w/TV and pool was awesome. And not included in the rental price is the amazing fall weather in Phoenix. It was really difficult to return to cold and snowy Wis. Will be a top choice to return next year, God willing.

Great house, great location
My family stayed at this home for eight nights, and it was GREAT! Everything was as described, and the location is in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Any questions we had that came up, Annette was quick to reply. We are already making plans to stay here again next year.

Much Needed Get-away
What an awesome home in a peaceful neighborhood. Super simple check-in process & the A/C was on for us when we arrived (July). Owners communicated well with us & provided a âwelcome kit.â Entire family basically stayed in the pool our whole trip. BBQ (natural gas & easy to clean) was used every night & the patio TV is a great touch for morning coffee & news. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to whatever youâd want to do (shopping, movies, out to eat, groceries, baseball games, etcetera). We checked to see if we could book this house again for Spring Training, but itâs booked solid January through April & now we know why. Just a nice simple place for family time, which is what we needed. Weâll definitely be looking to vacation here again.

Backyard Paradise!
This place is great! We lived in the backyard, with the pool, hot tub, BBQ, TV, dining table, covered patio, and putting green. Everything you need is available, great lounge chairs and pool floats they even have outdoor glasses! I hope we get to come back.

The perfect place
We spent two weeks here in march and the house is perfect, We love the Palm Valley area, We have stayed in other areas around Goodyear, but are so glad we found one back in this area, The Pool and Hot tub add the perfect touch. The house is well equipped with every item you should need. Annette is great to work with, if you have a problem, just call her and she will help you out. We will be back next year and hopefully more years to come if it works out. Thanks for everything. Lisa

A great place to relax, attend a race or baseball game and go sightseeing
This a great location for a family vacation! The house was perfect all around. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The owners supplied the essentials like bedding, towels and even toilet paper! The kitchen was well stocked from seasonings to paper plates. We liked the floor plan, it gave everyone privacy at night. Having 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus. The backyard was a dream. We enjoyed the pool and then jumped right into the hot tub. We also practiced our putting. Thereâre was 2 dogs next door but we never heard them when we were trying to sleep. They would bark when we first went outside and then they would stop. Donât let that deter you from renting this wonderful home. Thanks, Annette for answering quickly any questions we had. We would definitely rent this home again!
