The house exceeded our expectations. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It is in the most beautiful setting with the best patios for watching the sunrise. We were there for a 50th bday. Plenty of space to sit inside and outside. The kitchen was stocked with everything. The location was great too. Easy to get to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, etc. I would definitely rent this house again. And as a side note, I read several reviews about the water smelling like sulphur because they’re on a well but DO NOT let that deter you. It is very subtle and not offensive. No one in our group even noticed it (I was the only one who knew since I did the booking) Highly recommend. Five plus stars!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. The fire place in the living room was lovely. Gorgeous views of the vineyards. Great location. Beds for 8, not 10.

Very clean and organized property. Deck views are amazing and the house is super spacious and organized. Neighbors are quick to complain though about what they feel are excess cars or people. Overall, it was great though for a family or group.

This house was spacious, very clean and had more than the basic kitchen amenities to enjoy what the wine country has to offer. Randy was very responsive and I would come back again to this and other properties that he manages.

We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to others! The 5StarVR team were very communicative and run a tight ship.

Everything was as advertised! Very clean, super comfy, Randy was very responsive with questions. There were 6 women, mother, daughters, future daughters in law--we had a great time bonding in this lovely home. One suggestion, bring bottled water--the well water had a rather strong sulfur odor--Randy assured us it was safe, but would have brought bottled water for drinking ahead of time. That is the only reason for 4 stars. instead of 5--everything else was perfection!

We had a great time staying at this property. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a BBQ or hot pot dinner. The winery view surrounding the house is definitely gorgeous. However, the water in the bathrooms had a little bit of sewage smell, so we used bottled water for cooking and brushing teeth. Overall we were happy with the stay and will definitely come back!

Overall this was a great experience. House is set in the middle of a vineyard. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a fun and relaxing time.

The house was beautiful and clean and the hosts very responsive. There's also a great walking/biking trail nearby. We loved sitting by the fireplace and playing in the backyard turf after a day of wine tasting. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best two night stay at the Dutton vineyard. Absolutely beautiful and secluded. Beds/pillows were perfect. Beautiful kitchen with everything needed to cook. We do not have one single complaint and would absolutely book again! Thank you for having us!

We had a great weekend at the ranch. However, all of our guests noticed that the water had a bit of a sewage smell to it. It was a bit uncomfortable as we weren’t sure where the smell was coming from during our showers, and I opted to hold off until I went home to do so. The smell would radiate from the steam throughout the 2nd floor after someone showered. Brushing my teeth was even more unpleasant as I had to rinse my mouth with bottled water afterwards. You can easily test this by cupping water in your hands and smelling it.

Wonderful weekend. Randy was highly responsive and very helpful. Would recommend!

We had a lovely girls’ weekend at this beautiful property. The weather threatened to rain out our tastings, but we were not bothered because of how nice it was to just relax at the property.

There was not one thing wrong with this property and everything just right. Spacious, with a view, up to date everything, immaculate. We will be back!

My husband and I were traveling with 2-teenagers and an 11-year old. House set-up was great and had enough room for together time and for each of us to find a bit of quiet, alone time. Setting was amazing.

A group of friends stayed at the house for 3 nights. The house was everything the ad claimed and more. It feels like a brand new house with plenty of beds, a great kitchen to cook in and being in the middle of vineyards was so peaceful. We did a bunch of cycling and this turned out to be a great spot, but also is a great spot for wine tasting. Would definitely stay there again.

We were so excited to get this spacious, well furnished, vacation home for our family get together this summer. The listing overstated the number of sleeping provisions, but the 4 bedrooms were spacious and allowed enough sleeping space for the young children. Plenty of room for cooking, eating, and entertaining in numerous locations at the facility. I experienced some confusion with numerous wet linens and towels in the dryers when we first arrived, but I was able to contact the manager quickly to make him aware of the situation. Access, instructions, and nearby amenities were well explained. My family all said they would love to come back again.

The property is gorgeous, well-stocked, and couldn't have been better for our group. Would highly reccomend it.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely setting. Only complaints were housekeeping items 1 there were NO kitchen towels-none. Had to dry hands, dishes, etc. with paper towels. 2. There were not enough bath towels for all of our guests- we had 9. 2 days into our stay when a guest went to do laundry, she found the towels & sheets stuffed into the dryer. 3 there is a “flow” problem with the hot water in the left hand sink. 4 Had to call to request trash bags. 5 a suggestion- Provide your guests with 1 bottle of your wine.

We stayed here 3 nights for an extended family reunion and enjoyed our stay. The house was very well furnished with everything we could have needed for our stay. The utensils and tableware were available to make a multicourse meal if you wanted to cook. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including a huge master with an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the vineyards. The master has a king bed while the other two feature queens. Downstairs is perfect for a large group or entertaining (though no parties)! There's a huge living room type space attached to an open kitchen, featuring a large couch, coffee table, and dining table. The kitchen is spacious and allows for multiple people to cook together without running into each other at every turn. The living space also has an adorable table set up as if for wine tasting, which makes the perfect bar area. There's a more formal dining room and a more formal living room for additional seating and entertainment space, as needed. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, platters, utensils, glassware, etc. The freezer had an ice maker and plenty of ice. Some additional plasticware or cooking ingredients / condiments would have been ideal but certainly not expected. All communication to check in and out was very clear and easy to follow. We did ask for a late checkout on Sunday and were granted it for an additional fee, but as it was the morning after our wedding, that felt like money well spent. All in all, our stay was fantastic. I'm already looking for reasons to come back!

This stunning yet inviting vineyard home in Sebastopol was a great place to stay during our trip to California. The decor is peaceful and elegant but still has a warm, inviting appeal. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is in a quiet setting. Great property and great hosts!

Good property, meticulously clean, great location for Russian River Valley wineries, albeit not close to downtown Sonoma or Healdsburg. Downstairs bedroom has limitations for a couple - no closet. Upstairs bedrooms share a bath so also not suitable for multiple couples. Fees and taxes added 50%+ to the base cost of the rental, so be sure of the full cost before deciding.

We had a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Spacious, comfortable and clean.
