The condo is really lovely, however, you have to climb steep stairs to get in and out. Also, it’s a corner unit and so you hear all the street noise even people walking home from dinner very late at night there needs to be many more umbrellas by the pool.

I really liked how new and large this place was. Just remodeled and three bedrooms with 3 king beds. Perfect for our family. Great location.

We loved the location and the beautiful updates in the condo. The pool was lovely the food was good!! The staff at the pool bar was wonderful and the owner of the bar was a welcoming too. We really enjoyed meeting a lot the the permanent residents, nothing but great things to say!! The proximity to everything was just perfect!! Thank you for everything.

CLEAN UPDATED. ITS HAS ALL YOU NEED

This is the nicest place I've stayed at Marina Sol. It's just been totally remodeled and looks brand new. It's probably an oversight because of the recent remodel but there was no water cooler with the 5 gal. jugs of drinking water that are normally provided.

The property itself was great! More than enough room for a group of 5. The location was the best part, a quick 5 minute drive to all the bars, walking distance to the beach and a block away from some really yummy restaurants!

Excellent stay at Marina Sol. Condo was as described. Only drawback was the internet connection is weak and the tv has a lot of block and freeze. Great place otherwise and would stay there again.

Best decision you will ever make. Located steps to the marina, downtown ! Ivan in front desk was awesome. If you need anything he got you taken care off. Will definitely be back next year and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit, the management was very easy to get a hold of with any issues. We did have a couple small issues that were handled immediately. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, clubs, anything you could need. Pool area is nice. We would definitely go back.

The Condo: It was exactly as described. 3 bedrooms [2- on suites], 3 bathrooms [standing showers only] a full kitchen, with a large island with seating for 6, washer and dryer, a livingroom area for 8 or more, indoor outdoor flow with floor to ceiling sliding doors, the patio is equipped with a bartop counter with 6 chairs and a gas grill. The patio has a view of the pool, there's wifi but its spotty when 6 ppl try to log in, also it don't work that well in the 2 mastered. Only the TV in the livingroom had English channels. The unit had everything you need including games, The only thing we supplied was grocery and laundry detergent [some things were in the unit probably from previous guest like seasoning and detergent so check before you shop. The property: is centrally located; a 3 min walk to the heart of medano beach from the back exit [literally everything restaurant, bars, cabanas, jetsking, massages, coffee shops]; and 5-7 minute walk to downtown [mall, restaurants, clubs and the marina] the lobby is beautiful is equipped with a full service spa [got a nail fixed there] a bar, a mini mart. Just outside the lobby is a beautiful large property with lots of grass and trees, there's a jacuzzi, a large heated pool, an outdoor bar/restaurant [the wings are the best] and the game room. The Staff: Julie- the reservation manager arranged private to/from airport transportation for our group of 6, he referred a photographer for our anniversary photos and help with all my pre arrival questions [there was a lot]. Ivan- meet us at car, grabbed all our bags took them to our condo gave us a tour of the property and help with any questions/issues that arised which was none really.. just need help with the wifi and lighting the grill. Elly- front desk rep, was so attentive he gave me her cell and said don't hesitate to call even when she is off. She helped with everything from arranging taxi, ordering groceries and to helping translate. Martin [and the others] at the outdoor bar were the best, so respectful, polite and attentive. Alex- the onsite Chef was keeping us feed, he probably made more chicken wings this passed week then me made all year. My family loves flavored wings and they were to die for. The staff at the from bar, the mini mart and spa were all also so friendly and helpful, sorry I didn't get their names the interaction was minimal but still wonderful. We only encountered 2 issues the week we were there. 1. There was construction going

Condo is modern, clean and spacious. The pool and amenities at the property are top notch. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more really.

Loved the location though. Just needs more downstairs to make pool area nicer and more fun

This pics on the site are spot on! Amazing place in an amazing area. Walking distance to everything. The beach, downtown, and plenty of great restaurants. Clint and the entire staff couldn’t of be more friendly and accommodating the entire stay. Would definitely recommend renting! We will 100% be back.

Staff was great

Though I titled it mom and daughter, we are all adults. It was a fun trip with my mom, my friend and her mom to celebrate my 50th birthday! The location was perfect! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the marina and the beach! Julie and Ivan, the property managers were incredibly helpful. The welcome package was delicious and Ivan made the best margaritas!! We also had Daniel send over Mari and Cami for our private chef meal…. Soooo good! The pool was relaxing and the grounds were well maintained. A beautiful resort. I highly recommend!

Loved this property! It was just as shown in the images and very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shops. Nice resort services were offered at the pool area which made the whole vacation seem more like a resort experience than a condominium.

The Condo was great! Super east to check in and when we got in it was perfect! The location is perfect as it is a 4 minute walk to the beach or the Harbor. Oh, and the pool is amazing if you don't want to go to the beach.

Easy check-in, great location, and fantastic condo. Would book the same place for the next trip to Cabo.

We were super impressed with the decor, cleanliness and overall look of the condo. Great for 3 couples. The staff at the place were super helpful and friendly as well. It’s really close to the beach and downtown cabo so the location couldn’t have been better! Would definitely stay again.

This unit was awesome! It had all the space for 6 adult women, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was fully equipped with everything and the entire unit was modern and up-to-date. It’s right off the pool and the restaurant. This unit has so many options like pre-stocking groceries ahead of arrival and scheduling COVID tests in the unit. It made our trip that much more enjoyable not having to handle those kind of things our selves. The location is great! Walking distance to the heart of the city and marina. Communication was top notch, as they answered all my questions and helped me make decisions from afar. I’d definitely book this exact unit again.

IT WAS AS BEAUTIFUL RESORT! WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED IT!

We stayed here Feb 20-27, 2021. What a beautiful condo! The new remodel is so awesome. We looked at a couple other condos while there for next year and none even compare to the updated interior of this one. The master king bed is super comfortable and our friends said their beds were great too. The bathrooms very nice and come with hand soap and toilet paper. Kitchen was fabulous and came with paper towels, napkins, salt/pepper, few spices, coffee pot (doesn't need filters), dish soap, hand soap, and the fridge does have an ice maker (although when we asked about it prior to arriving, we were told it didn't). It does and it works great. The water is purified in the condo and tastes fine. The pool area is very nice with nice chairs. You can bring your own floatie if that's your thing. It's heated and perfect temp. There is wait staff service all day long with happy hour from 2-6 that has good pricing. The condo is on the 2nd level so there are some steps and a winding staircase. Just FYI for anyone elderly that may have troubles with steps. There are hand rails all the way up. We are all 50+ and had no problem with them but I wouldn't have wanted my elderly parents to try to go up/down them. The patio nice. You can keep the doors open and enjoy the fresh air, no bugs! We never needed to use a/c, weather was perfect. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that the chairs on the patio are uncomfortable. We spent most evenings out there and to sit on them for any amount of time you needed to put a towel under your bum. Not a big deal. We enjoyed some activities in Cabo. See Heather in the gift shop for a good price on sailing. She has a friend with a beautiful new sailboat that took us out for sunset sail. Nobody else booked that day so we had it to ourselves. We saw whales and had a beautiful, peaceful cruise. We also booked our Covid test through her, required to return to the US, for only $65. A doctor came to our room and tested all of us. Results were back just hours later via email and you can pick-up a printed copy from Heather. We booked a sunset boat cruise with the concierge at the resort and loved it. Great dinner served, free drinks/beer and saw the most beautiful whales that were breaching right at sunset. The pictures are magnificent. There were wales everywhere all the time. Just going out to Lover's beach we saw mama's with their babies! Condo is in perfect location to beach & everything!
