The hotel's location is simply outstanding, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The room was comfortable, although it could have been a bit more spacious. The check-in experience was exceptional - the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Nothing, very rude staff, unhygenic conditions prevailing everywhere in the hotel. Extremely poor and slow food service. Food is pathetic. They dont provide any toiletries and even water. Uncomfortable beds.

Only the location as per the gurgaon is the best thing for this property.
Breakfast has no options of food, no cleanesss in the bathroom, no bathroom or toilet accessories were there, policies of property will make your experience very pathetic.

Nothing to like about it.
The rooms were untidy with the bed sheets and bed cover stained. There were no towels. Also there was a empty condom pack inside the bedside drawer which implies the rooms aren't cleaned once the guests check out. Pathetic experience. The guy at the reception was so rude to us when we told him about all this . There was no water in the room . I doubt if it was an original Townhouse Oyo or were they just using the board and name of it

rude staff. dirty room with stains on bedsheet and bed cover. found a condom pack in the bed side drawer which shows room aren't cleaned post checkout

Food was good.
Got the worst room in the hotel. Geyser wasn't working and it's January. TV wasn't working. Even after multiple complaints, while assurances were made... But no action taken. Had to go to a different room to take bath. shameful!
