Beautiful possition.

Badbags in the room. It was the problem of only one room. Staff change the room immediately and the new one was OK. Other rooms of my friends as well. The hotel is old facility owerpainted by blue color. The facility present itself, diferently than what it is.

The food was very tasty although the menu was not that rich. Location was great,right next to the river and a beer factory. Poiana Marului was amazing and silent. Most probably we will come back. The room was clean, not big but enough for sleeping (we had outdoor activities all day). The TV worked fine. The breakfast included the same food every day but tasty and the coffee was included in the price. I can say that this hotel is a good choice.

The bathroom needs a small update, especially the shower and the ventilation(very loud). The kids trampoline must be changed,it is old and dangerous.

-poor service -food (the chicken was not well cooked, boiled eggs from breakfast were not cooked - inedible) -the room was not cleaned (luckily were only 2 nights) -I recommend paying for each meal on the spot; otherwise, you can be overcharged

The location is good and the acces to the hotel is easy! With lots of fresh air and lovely nature scenary, a weekend in Poiana Mărului could not disconnect you from your daily rutine more! The hotel is clean and we did get what was listed on their main Booking page!

Staff always seemed quite annoyed by our questions. The beds are old and the matress is not comfortable at all!

We've stayed in room 211 and our friends in 210. The view is quite nice from second floor overseeing the mountains and we've enjoyed a beautiful winter scenary! Regarding the room itself, we had everything we needed. Food was really good and prices are decent!

Old furniture. Staff in not such a great mood, didn't seem eager to help much nor to have customers there!

The staff was very kind. Cleanliness was good, it was nice to see, that the cleaning staff was constantly busy. Value for money was good, exactly as I expected it. Restaurant was good, I had an excellent dinner, that was very delicious! Don't miss out on that.

Very thin walls, the neighbours kept me up almost all night, although they were only talking. The hotel is renovated, however in places only with minimum investment or effort. Has much more potential if a bit more attention is paid to details.

The outside area is great, the terraces, kids area, the view and lots of parking spots. Having a tea/coffee in the morning by the river it's a must. The rooms were very clean and had big and comfortable beds.

The rooms need some renovation, like changing the noisy bathroom fans and fridges, and the power plugs which are not fixed properly.

Food was excelent, wiew was magnific and so quiet.

Everirhing was perfect.
