Would definitely book again! The house worked perfectly for our large group of 21. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you’d need to cook for a large group. The location is great as it’s close to a grocery store and restaurants.
The best part was the view and beach! Oh and the beach access right out the back door! One of the nicest beaches we’ve visited. It was a bonus to have beach service daily that includes 4 chairs and two umbrellas. There were additional chairs in the house that we used daily. One of our favorite things about the house was the deck with table and chairs. Each morning, we had coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. A bonus - we saw dolphins each morning!
Communication with property management was excellent and very responsive!
The only thing that we wished was different is the late check-in time and early check-out. It was a little stressful getting a group of 21 out the door by 9am but we managed! :)
We are already considering a second trip!! We had the best time!

Had a very lovely time. Would definitely stay again.Here is my only feedback:* Wifi range was very poor, all guests had issues with Wifi.* Basement door does not have a deadbolt on the inside. We had young children that could reach and operate the handle, it would have been nice to have a lock up higher.* The large double doors did not seem to be fully lockable, using the integrated locking system did not prevent them from just being pushed open.Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 20. Response to any issues and questions was Immediate and taken care of quickly . Having two full size refrigerators was huge. Private beach with chair setup was very nice and beach was not crowded. Pool was great for the smaller ones. We definitely plan to be back.

We ❤️ Shipwatch. Palazzo was great with the exception of the kitchen. Not adequately equipped to feed this many people. Need larger pots & pans, mixing bowls, platters, grill - etc.When our 1st of 5 cars arrived a little early, it was open & empty, so they entered. I was charged $200.on standing policy. In frank honesty, this gave me a very bad impression of your company, especially after I was unable to make human contact in the previous days to ask simple questions about the unit. It feels like AI runs this company, not humans. It's a bad taste, after spending this kind of money. Sorry. You were very quick to fix the elevator when we called!

We have stayed here multiple times and love it! Great customer service-had a small issue with elevator and they came right out to fix it and even left us a gift of cup cakes:). Love that it’s on the beach and comes with beach chairs! Definitely recommend.

This was a lovely beach property for a family vacation including 10 adults and 10 children under the age of 7yrs. The home has great amenities and accommodations for all. The open kitchen is well equipped for large meal prep and service with ocean views. The grill was used for salmon and grouper dinners. We all slept comfortably. The beach access was great for our crew and the property manager and owner were responsive to ensure that the pool heater was functioning properly during our stay. We had the best time and made many happy memories!

The house location was perfect and close to everything. The house itself was in very good shape, there were some spots of water damage on the outside but nothing the hindered our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and updated. There were two complaints about the mattresses in each bedroom on either side of the laundry room, they were said to be hard and slightly uncomfortable. The kitchen was phenomenal, all of the pots/pans/bowls/etc that you could need. The front load washer and dryer were quiet and work like a dream. The elevator was extremely helpful, as we did have older (70+) family members use it. The extra fridge came in handy and the circulating fans in rooms was a nice touch.

Best trip ever! Easy breezy From check in to check out. The home was perfect as was the location. Could bike anywhere we wanted and just walked out the back door to the beach. State park 4 miles down the road for those that want to hike or bike and access to the beach and a lake. Just beautiful! A week isn’t long enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our work group of 9 ladies could not have been happier! We LOVED everything about this beach house: check in/out instructions were clear, good communication with property manager, plenty of space, very clean, beautiful view/right on the beach, super close to outlet stores, groceries,& restaurants, included chair/umbrella setup each day with plenty of additional chairs available in the downstairs storage area, 2 car garage for ease in parking, access to 4 bicycles. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Shipwatch Palazzo! :)

For our family of 13 this was the perfect place! So many great features its hard to name. Most important: the home is right on the beach! No crossing roads or making certain to haul everything in one trip. We utilized the chairs that were already set up on the beach so getting everyone to the beach was simple. Can't begin to explain how important so many bathrooms are with 13 people! The home itself is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal as well as prepare sandwiches. The property is located near shopping, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The management team is great! They checked in to make certain we had everything we needed and to answer any questions during our stay. overall this was a wonderful experience and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

The house was wonderful; it was well laid out, had nice furnishings, stocked well, was clean, easy checkin/out, had nice gathering spaces, in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to the beach. The beach chair setup was a nice amenity. There were no complaints from anyone in the group and I would stay there again.

Amazing view,easy walk to beach,plenty of room for 11 people. Pool is pretty small,but little ones really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay again. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive from Fort Walton airport. Elevator came in very handy for luggage and groceries! Kitchen had everything we needed except a dish cloth🤔.

We had the most wonderful Fall vacation. Shipwatch Palazzo was perfect for our families. The property description is accurate and is a perfect location to the beach. Everything was very clean and maintained. The managing company went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible with great customer support during our entire stay. We spent most of our time eating in and enjoying the sunsets, but the few times we did venture out, we enjoyed eating at The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Captain Dave's. We cannot wait to visit again.

Loved our stay at an amazing house and wonderful location so close to the beach. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay and be near the water hard to beat this place. Careful with the parking as you are in the corner, but a small price to pay to have a great time away.

5 couples stayed for 3 nights at this property and had a great time! The house is incredible and right on the beach near everything you could want. It was impecably clean and the management was accessable and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Perfect location, safe, secluded property, and great recommendations for food and activities. Everything was as pictured and was clean. We loved that all the rooms we needed had private bathrooms. The bunk room was perfect for our kids and for those who may co-sleep with their small children!
The pool was a little cold, being under the upper balconies, but it was a perfect reprieve for our children. Only constructive criticisms would be to add some sort of system for filtered drinking water (we went through a TON of bottled water during our stay) and to maybe add a few more hooks/bars for towels/bathing suits in the bathroom!
Overall we had a wonderful time and this home was absolutely perfect for our large family. We made so many beautiful memories here and would love to stay again in the future! Thanks so much!

We had 15 family members stay for a week and it was wonderful. We never felt on top of each other, rooms are very spacious. The only change we wish for was a larger pantry, there really is no pantry so most items sit out all week. Also the AC gave us issues during the week but nothing that ruined the vacation. We are looking forward to returning next year. Management was quick to reply to all issues.

Great Beach House!
Very nice house and location. Enjoyed the amenities and private beach. However, the thermostat on the third floor was not working properly. Actual temperature lower than showing on the control. Also the pool is more of a splash pool. Overall had great time and would stay again.

We came with 4 generations and had a wonderful time. There is something to do in this area for everyone. Don't miss Gator Beach, you get to actually hold a baby alligator.. The house is beautiful and super spacious. Having the pool was fantastic. Wexwould gi to the beach most of the day, come back take a shower (right on the pool deck) then jump in the pool.. We had it heated so it was like having a 20 person hot tub. AMAZING!! Having the elevator was a must and made all the difference on arrival day as well as departure. We did have a fire extinguisher inspection and the pool guys came twice.. which was a little intrusive but i understand these things have to be done. All in all a good time was had by all..

Great time. Went for 5 nights to get away and be a part of a nearby wedding. We have stayed in many beach rentals over the years, however, this was the most user friendly house we have stayed in. The elevator was perfect for my 90 yr. old father. The house was big enough that everyone had enough room to spread out and have some privacy. In addition, the main floor/kitchen area was large enough to handle everyone for group activities. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with everything you could possibly need to feed and entertain a small army. Beach access was a breeze with a lot of places to walk to.
