It was nice and quiet

i rented room then picked my 2 daughters up and as soon as I walked in the room the phone was ringing it was front desk asking if they were going to stay they have to be on list like they even had someone come knock on the door like do that afte u see them there for a while bt doing to much also they need to b specific about family room it’s just a room with 2 beds in it they make it seem like there a extra room

bad area, room smelled like cigarettes but says no smoking. the lady at the front desk was no help. tv didn’t work. wouldn’t switch rooms. poor condition not satisfied

Staff is friendly.
I had to wait 2 hrs for a room to be cleaned,after I booked the room on here early in the day. They tried to say my reservation was for a different date but my reservation was correct and verified by Booking.com I have never had reservation issues before.
The place is like a apt complex with unsavory people moving around all hours of the night. Garbage was pilled up at the corner of the walkway. People in the side parking calling people names. The place has changed so much for the worse.

There was nothing to like about this property.
Stay Inn Suites didn't have a room for me when I arrived even though I had a confirmed reservation I made 3 weeks earlier. The front desk clerk (Abigail Villa Diaz) told me she forgot to call me earlier that day to tell me and neither her nor the owner would do anything to help me resolve the matter.

Affordable price for the room we got, clean room and organized
Location isn't the best, other guest loud and playing loud music at midnight. Alot of drug addicts looking people around the hotel
