It it’s a big place, good for big groups of people. It is equipped and clean. Super recommended! Located next to the French Quarter, which is where all the shopping centers, bars and restaurants.

There was coffee and coffee machine but no filters. Also, there was no basic cooking materials such as salt, pepper and oil. There was only one roll of paper towels for the kitchen which wasn’t enough for 10 people for two nights, especially considering that there were no non disposable kitchen towels to use. There were one tissue paper roll in each bathroom and two spare ones for the whole place, which wasn’t enough.

It was spacious and had plenty of room for us to have our own space. It was just far enough away for it to be quiet so we could sleep well but also not too far to walk to the inner parts of the city.

I love the property, but just not scenery

Nothing this whole experience was terrible. The roooms was nasty, bathrooms nasty, bugs was in the kitchen, bedroom covers wasn’t clean. This condo rating was a F

This condo is filthy

The location was very convenient. Everything was within a 2 mile radius. The unit was very nice with a few dings. Nice that the unit provided towels, hand soap and dishes. Being able to control the thermostat is a plus as the unit stayed nice and cool after a hot day of touring. Refrigerator has ice and water dispenser. Rooms were spacious but the bed frames for the queen size beds don't actually fit the room limiting some movement around.

The walls and ceilings are very thin. When it was time for bed you could hear everything outside the window and if you have an upstairs neighbor the wooden floors echoed loudly. You could feel the weight of the person walking above you. Also hope no one drops anything. Something as small as a cellphone could sound like a brick being dropped. Parking was a little annoying. It's a first come first served basis But whoever parked in what was available didn't even leave any space for anyone else to park. Maybe a sign to encourage other drivers to be mindful that other people need to park too can go a long way. The walls in the unit are in need is some touch ups. There's a lot of black scuff marks in all the rooms. As well as some dings and small holes. One of the bathroom doors definitely needs to be replaced. It barely closes and feels like a public bathroom. The gap was about half an inch.

Easy virtual check in, large space with enough room for all of our group. Clean, accessible. Did not hear other tenants.

Neighborhood isn't ideal for walking at night, would not feel comfortable walking alone after dark. Would be nice if there was more instant coffee available.
