The location could not be better. The balcony is a plus for getting pictures Easy to park on the street. We would stay here again.

Loved this perfectly situated gem which was within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, community pool, the harbor, etc. Extremely clean and comfortable and a joy to return to every evening. Would highly recommend!

I can't imagine a more easily accessible, closely located to the sites and restaurants, more comfortable location in Reykjavik. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. Everything we needed was there and everything was so close. There is a fantastic bakery, Braud & Co, that everyone needs to visit! The Pistachio Bun is AMAZING! We loved hearing the bells from the church and seeing the bell tower out the window, at night it's lit up so beautifully. Parking was easy to find every time. It's a great location! *An important note:* all down town restaurants require reservations. Even if you make them for 30 minutes out, you'll need to plan on making a reservation if you'd like to eat anywhere.

Well maintained and stocked. Mattresses were wonderful ! Walk to nearby restaurants/supermarket and shopping. Actually convenient to walking downtown-20 min at most. Safe neighborhood, quiet. We were able to find free parking on the street of the apartment too.

The apartment was in an excellent location, and was clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property far exceeded my expectations! The location of the property was amazing - you could walk everywhere, close to main highways, parking always available (and cheap!). The check-in process was beyond easy - no issues gaining access to the building or to the unit. The unit itself was clean and nicely updated. The beds were big and SO comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and already have recommended it to friends and family. The value and experience is 10 times better than what you would get at a hotel. THANK YOU!

This was a great location to spend a few nights in. We were able to walk to most of the tourist spots, and it’s a great location for restaurants and coffee shops. The information left by the property manager was super helpful! Would stay here again. 👍🏼

The condo was very comfortable and had everything needed for our 2 night stay. We were able to walk to everything in Reykjavik and parked our rental car our front. The manager was very responsive and directions to enter the building clear and easy.

We stayed in Apartment E. Very clean, bright apartment walking distance to everything, including a nearby Bonus for groceries. Process for picking up key for apartment and checking out very simple and straight - forward. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, paper towels, and condiments. Owner, Bjorn, responded immediately to my emails. Plenty of room for family of 4 including two teenage boys. I have no hesitation recommending NEST apartments.

Great place to start our 10 day Iceland trip. We had ample room for our adult family of four, and enjoyed the ability to walk to our dinners and sightseeing.

This was an excellent rental. I had many questions about parking, early check-in, transportation from the airport, and other things. Bjorn always responded quickly and clearly. The check-in directions were clear and easy, and the rental itself was lovely.

Very nice apartment for the three of us to stay in. The email before explaining the check-in procedure and surrounding attractions made for a stress free trip. Check-in was a breeze and what awaited us was a well appointed apartment with comfortable beds (easily slept the three of us) and a very nice bathroom. It was centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as pictured and was perfectly located. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our stay in Iceland. Also the information Bjorn provided ahead of time about places to eat and buy food near by were so very helpful. Also he was helpful in answering specific questions I had ahead of our visit about tours and things to do in Iceland. We had an absolutely wonderful trip.

Wonderful, charming, well-stocked property. We loved our visit to Nest apartments and truly hope to come back! Björn is an excellent communicator and very welcoming! The location is outstanding. Beds are so comfortable, plenty of towels, and apartment was super clean! Highly recommend! Thank you Björn for everything!

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. We were supplied with enough coffee to start our days (3). Easy access to the highway and great restaurants just around the corner. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend staying here.
