Beautiful home on the 18th…walkable to the pool and club. Constructive feedback would be that the windows need screens badly. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the windows really needed to stay open, but had to be closed to prevent bugs.

Perfect oasis for a Summer getaway!

Home is beautiful, appointments are high end and location is the best. However, the home seems neglected. Light bulbs burned out, master shower head almost totally clogged, nasty dirty kitchen rugs. The home was very dusty and the floor gritty. We enjoyed our time at the house. Just seems like nobody is taking time to clean properly or maintain a few items.

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. Check in process was excellent. However, the house had not been appropriately cleaned. This may have been an oversite by the cleaning service because on first glance as we arrived at dusk, everything looked ok. The house had a foul odor but we thought maybe it was because it had been shut for a week or so. Discovered the gritty floors during the night when going to bathroom, but did not inspect thoroughly until Friday evening as we were up and out for golf most of Friday.Odor lasted throughout the weekend, and the kitchen floors were also gritty and still had pasta and crumbs from the last guests. Cobwebs, hair on sheets when bed first turned down, and dead bugs along baseboards and windowsills indicate that the property had not been cleaned in a while. Christmas decor still up, which is ok, but it was very dusty. We bought air fresheners, anti-bacterial wipes, and more paper towels to try to clean it up a bit more. Glad to recommend the property as a beautiful, roomy place to stay at a fabulous location, but I hope the next guests have a cleaner experience. I am a frequent guest at another smaller resort property in Angel Fire, and have never had a complaint on anything.

For our first time ever visit to Angel Fire, we couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in! Perfect location. Beautiful home and location. Everything thing you need in the house for cooking, as we had to do because of COVID. Just minutes away from the ski resort. Loved, loved the master suite! Especially the heated bathroom floor! Will definitely be back!
