Spacious, tasteful room. Ideally located close to Dongdaegu Station. Variety and quality of food during breakfast service was excellent
Breakfast area was extremely crowded and staff already announced during check-in that waiting times of 20 to 30min are to be expected, which was later on also the case. In such a high quality hotel combined with extremely high breakfast rates it is not acceptable to wait 20min to than get ANY table assigned (corridor, next to the coffee machine or a family with screaming kids...) by super stressed/overwhelmed staff (poor guys!) and breakfast still closes sharp 10 a.m.

동대구역에서 가까이 있어서 주변으로의 이동이 편했습니다.
사우나와 피트니스 또한 기대 이상으로 좋았습니다.
라운지에서의 티타임과 저녁 해피아워를 이용했을 때 만족도는 최고였습니다.
호텔 규모에 비해 주차장이 협소한 점이 약간 아쉬웠습니다.
호텔 내 식당이 적은 것도 5성급 호텔에 걸맞지 않은 듯 하여(호텔안이 아닌 옆건물로 이동해야 했슴) 아쉬웠습니다.

아침 뷔페 구성도 좋고 신선하고 맛도 좋았어요! 룸도 조용하고 넓은 편이었고요. 침대, 침구 깨끗하고 너무 편안해서 잠도 잘 잤습니다. 화장실과 욕실 구조가 사용하기 편안하고 깨끗했어요. 중식이 룸서비스 되는데 맛있게 잘 먹었고요. 뷰는 도심이지만 그리 답답하게 느껴지지 않았고 창문 열고닫기도 너무 편했어요. 대구역과 신세계 백화점에서 가까워 위치가 참 좋았고요. 마음에 드는 부분이 많았던 호텔입니다.

The hotel is well situated near the train station, metro rail and shopping districts. The rooms were well designed and staff friendly.
The hotel had a pool, however, clients of the hotel had to pay to use the pool which made no sense to me. Furthermore, apart from the pool there truly wasn’t much else one could do at the hotel itself.

Location is good. While Daegu is a small town, this hotel is close to the KTX station and less than 5km from the airport.
Staff were pleasant and helpful with recommendations.
Breakfast timings (at all Marriott properties) are not great. Particular issue here since Daegu and other Korean cities are very much late night places. Feel they should have an option to have a free packed breakfast delivered to the room if you’re not going down to the buffet.

The location was great to around. There are many restaurants nearby. Parking is for free. Very comfortable to drive around outside Daegu too.
Sauna and swimming pool charges are separate. It was a surprise that it was not included in the hotel fee, which is strange for a 5 star hotel. We got a free excess at the end because I complained but it was also limited to once access per day. I have never seen a 5 star hotel like this although I have travelled internationally a lot.

Excellent location. A few minutes’ walk to the train station, the Domdaegu bus terminal, a wonderful department store and food court, many cafés and restaurants. Spacious, well appointed room and bathroom, comfortable double beds.

We had an amazing stay at the Daegu Marriott Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast was amazing, both in terms of choice and quality. The location is really close to the Dongdaegu train station, and very central.
We will definitely come back as part of our next trip to Korea!

The decoration of the room is spacious and cozy
My friend got sick due to covid infection and cannot go to have beakfast but after I ask for the box to tske something for my friend there is no solution for us.And after we want to refund the breakfast your frontdesk refuse to do it. I will never recommend my friend to stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious, the lobby is pretty and the pool and sauna facilities are great especially if you take the wellness package they are worth it. Breakfast in general was just ok but the pancakes are legendary! If you arrive with the KTX at the 동대구역 its basically just across the street.
Its a bit pricey and some of the staff weren’t the nicest.
