Location is good, near to many tourist points. Reception staff is good.

Need constant follow up for room service. Room service staff start work around 11 a.m. No variety in breakfast served. Cleanliness of toilets needs to be ensured.

Hotel is good with spacious room for 2+2 family

Going from city palace to Hotel is a pain as the complete road is jammed,may be because of diwali. Auto took 250 inr just for 4km distance.

1 Cleanliness. 2. Breakfast variety. 3.Newly built and quality furniture.

1.Excessive light cut 2. High waiting time for check in as room is not ready where as check in time was given more than 2 hours before. 3. Freakfast area was too hot and sitting was full , had to wait for getting seat free. 4.cut fruit was so exhausting as did to heat watermelon was fully dried and spoiled . 5. Got towel in room in evening @ 5 pm after following up 4th time . 6.Parking on road on owner risk. 7. Only one chair with table in room . 8.location after crossing city streets , not on main road.

Breakfast was bare basic In terms of Delux room, it was small, and no other point to mention about it There was a tiny swimming pool, but it was not very clean (was usable though)
