The property management is excellent and so easy to work with. A beautiful and comfortable condo - felt like home.

This property was lovely! Nicely refurbished with great spaces. I loved that there were kitchen essentials provided such as salt, pepper, as well as other pantry staples. There was also a washer and dryer. We definitely would book this property again!

This is our second stay here and the hosts and apartment just keep getting better. The location is perfectly centralized and the apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. This is our preferred rental anytime we are in town. We appreciate the TVs in the rooms and the little coffee cupboard. Thank you again!

Wow! Such a lovely apartment!! Very creative repurposing of a historical space! The living area is open so we could relax and visit while preparing food. The kitchen had everything we needed and had super nice furnishings including a tea cabinet, open shelving, gas stove and small appliances. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms, WOW! So nice after coming in from a long day on the river!! I wish we could have stayed longer and I would definitely chose this place again!!

Loved just about everything. Well equipped property. Appliances all new. There were a few cracks in flooring that if fixed old make it 5 stars.

The pics don't do this place justice! You have to stay here to know just how nice it is. It's centrally located, spacious and ultra clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are amazing - stocked with luxury soaps and soft towels. The lighting, the floors, comfy beds...I could go on and on. Bottom line...you won't be disapointed! The owner is wonderful to work with too.

The apartment was PERFECT!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautifully decorated, well maintained, clean, and very big for our family of 4! We will absolutely recommended to anyone and stay here again!!

This place is awesome. Ita an old school building with a very modern industrial look. This place is perfect for a small family or a couples escape. The owner is awesome and very accommodating. 10 out 0f 10 highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

Apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean with everything you might need and then some. It is spacious, comfortable, very well furnished, quiet, and conveniently located in the historical entertainment district. Current decor with whites, greys, and accent blues with a bold floor in the living area and window treatments let you adjust to anything from total darkness to wonderful natural light. Lighting is is modern, functional, and beautiful. The master suite is a personal spa with luxurious soaking tub and a separate total shower experience and sparkling dual vanities. The fluffy towels remind you of the thoughtful care put into this apartment. Its two closets are double-tiered and outfitted with automatic light. There is enough space between the bath/closet area and the sleeping (bed) area to engage in Tai Chi, Pilates, yoga, or your own personal form of exercise or meditation. (or, there is that wonderful Cove coffee shop just steps away that will give you much to meditate - or work off) Owner communication was easy and fast (usually within minutes). This was are initial experience using Vrbo and it far exceeded our expectations.

Great apartment and location

This is a hidden gem in Mtn. Home! The apartment combines history with modern decor and amenities. Fully appointed with new appliances, this is the perfect place to stay, especially during this time of COVID. Our host was responsive without being intrusive and went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We could not have asked for a better accommodation!

My review would be the same as it was a month ago. NOT one thing negative to say. The owner is accessible at all times, if there were a problem. I absolutely LOVE this stay ! If you aren’t going to stay on the river or lakes, this is THE place to stay. It is a modern apartment in a historical building and the downtown location is adjacent to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and park.

ABSOLUTELY no complaints at all ! Pictures advertised are accurate, as well as everything listed. I have had MANY VRBO rentals in the past. This place was among my top 3 ! Some of the things I look for.....cleanliness, location, beds/pillows, ease of speaking with owner. This rental exceeded in all. Walt (owner) communicated well with us & was available at all times.

Loved the central location, amenities and the care the hosts took in making sure our stay was great. Will be back again!
