Fantastic location right by Lake Garda and just a 10 min stroll into Bardolino town which is fantastic and only a 30 min walk from Garda and 40 min walk from Lazise equaly as lovely towns. Transfer from Verona airport is less than 30 mins and arranged by the hotel at a reasonable cost. Easy to travel round Lake Garda via bus or on Lake Ferry to other towns or further afield to Verona, Brescia or even via train to Milan or Venice for the day. Just the most perfect location ever.

Rooms are old fashioned and should be renovated. The parking is not safe. The car next to ours was robbed - inside the hotel parking area.

A mattress topper was missing. A bottle of courtesy water in a completely empty mini-bar was missing as well.

Private parking, very nice breakfast with a lot of options, very close to the lake and city centre. Very polite staff.

Squeaky beds, very small TV that had problems with connections and kept crushing. The design of the room wasn't anything special, the couch looked very old and not nice at all. Price a bit too much for what we got.

Everything was great, except the noise level of the main street, which is not very close but still loud to hear if you prefer to sleep with an open window in hte night. But this is typical I guess for the Garda-Lake-Area.

It’s location and the pool and the staff were friendly.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom think coming from the shower room. Breakfast was very basic for a 4 star hotel. Felt very overpriced at over £200 a night we have stayed in nicer for less.
